not good, they used to be good years back but now they have a bunch of teenagers running the place and each time i’ve been there it’s something wrong, from the bacon being tough that i can’t chew through it, them missing an item, one time we ordered some type of fish platter and the inside of the fish was completely frozen, to rude waitresses etc, ontop of it being dirty from time to time. a lot of people had agreed this IHOPS isn’t good anymore . they need to do better and really step it up if they want more costumers and profits

Young lady kept playing in her hair and low and behold there was hair connected to my bacon food and service is subpar. I also witnessed the cook picking dog hairs from the uniform of his coworker while standing over the grill… I will never return

Very disappointed of this restaurant. They never brought me a spoon for the coffee, they didn’t have many things on the menu, the service one of the worst I’ve ever seen. Never come back to this restaurant

As a costumer , I would expect to get treated with some respect or kindness. The female named Bernice had a HORRIBLE attitude facial expressions ,body language was just so unwelcoming I wanted to leave I didn’t feel welcome or comfortable. I been coming here for a few months now time to time and never had this issue with other workers.
However my food was excellent definitely made my day ! The Mexican cook with long hair always puts a smile on my face when I receive my order always fresh and delicious.

Food was delicious, server was nice when he came around. But not very good at making sure we had drinks or making sure everything was good. So I would rate higher if the service improved. Had to go and try the new spooky breakfast…….love the purple

When you walk in and you smell like a moldy smell in the home building. They need to paint or Spruce it up. Everything looks drab. The food was ok. My eggs were cooked too hard, the pancakes were good but the sausage links were cold. I would not recommend this IHOP. They need a lot of work! The only saving grace was our server Amber. She was great!

I had the Wonka pancakes which were awesome! My waitress was very good and nice. She wasn’t even assigned to my table. She was the only one who noticed that I had been seated. So after ten minutes, she asked the waitress assigned to my table if she could take it. Thank goodness! Because it seemed like the wait staff just stood around at the counter chatting while waiting for food to come out from the kitchen. I even had to wait to be seated because they were all dealing with someone who received and unfulfilled order for pick up. It seemed to take three people’s entire attention to address it. The poor women’s food had to be cold by the time they addressed the problem. And there was this huge shelving structure for take out orders right when you walked into the restaurant. Very unattractive! People came in then turned around and left.
