I visit to this location after my daughter’s cheer competition. Visited through the drive-thru, attempted to order my chai tea as I have done for the past 25 years. While placing my order, a woman interjected on the intercom to tell me the recipe was changing on March 3rd, so she wasn’t going to be able to provide me with any of the current version. Keep in mind, it was the first of the month. I ended up driving to another location and getting my chai tea as normal. I go to Starbucks at a minimum of twice a day. I have been a gold member, if that’s still a thing for over 20 years. So I’m fully aware of the upcoming change, that I’m not happy about. However, the fact that whomever she was would not provide me with the old version, was pretty dissatisfying.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The workers are either slow or don’t care at all, or both. They will have you be standing there with no interest in taking your order whatsoever. Even if you are coming for pick up, they will say nothing to you. For some reason they keep making orders for drive thru only and are super behind on online/pick up orders (I’m talking like 20-30 mins behind). Not sure who is doing the hiring or what the store manager is doing but this place really needs to be checked by corporate!

We were visiting from Rapid City South Dakota and was missing my Matcha. Went to this location and had the WORST service EVER!!! Waited more than 45 MINUTES to get our drinks and while waiting one of the employees told us out loud that we needed to get out of the premises because we were taking pictures. I wasn’t even looking at my phone, my friend was on her phone taking a picture of the menu so her husband can see what he wanted. We were accused of taking pictures of the staff and told to leave the premises. We didn’t leave!! They had not even finished giving us our drinks. They were already paid for. I strongly believe the treatment we received had to be because or our nationality. People would come and go and our order was not being taken care of. When my friend went to ask how much longer to get our drinks, they told her they give priority to “drive thru” clients. We requested a refund and left the building. It is really sad to see this type of discriminacion towards non-white people. You could feel the hate. You could feel the tension. You could feel the anger because of our presence!!! May the Lord protect us all from these type of people and their way of thinking. We are all equal no matter what color, shape, or form. Lord, bless us all!!

I ordered my sandwich and white chocolate mocha drink before arriving. I waited in line to pick up my order for 20 mins. My order wasn’t ready. They rushed through making my drink. It wasn’t blended thoroughly, no whip cream & tasted disgusting. I had to ask for the rest of my order which was the bacon egg Gouda sandwich. I was very disappointed.

I recently placed an order here and i thought I would get the order around the time that was estimated or a little few minutes after which is fine , but it was crazy how I didn’t get my order till 2:35 instead of 2:21 and I placed the order at 2:13. This location I’ve noticed mostly just focuses on the drive thru than the pickup orders even if you order ahead of time.

This location regularly closes the store but allows pre-ordering in the app. It completely defeats the purpose of pre-ordering for convenience when I have to wait in a drive through line 10 cars long to get something I intended to grab quickly when I’m in a hurry. I would much rather they shut down app pre-orders so I know to avoid.

Lovely service! Staff were busy and kept apologizing, but there was no need. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte with 2 pumps vanilla, hot. It came iced (and was corrected). It was by far the best vanilla latte I’ve ordered from any Starbucks location! I also ordered a grande honey almondmilk flat white – spectacular!
And the merchandise section was fully stocked. So excited to come back to this location for merchandise and seasonal drinks

This location was too focused on ONLY the drive-thru, they barely paid attention to the little bit of customers in the lobby. I got out of the drive thru because the line was too long, the cars that were behind me still received their order before I did. I ended up asking for a refund after waiting almost 20 minutes.

Placed order for walk in pick up. When I walked in 7 cars in drive through. While wait two more came into drive through. They cleared drive through before making my order. The woman making coffee looked at me multiple times. When asked she stated she had my order. Pick up time was 10:30 I left at 10:45. Even people who ordered at counter waited for drive through first. Other Starbucks are close go there.
