I went last week with my party of 6 friends for my 40th birthday. I will have to say it was a hit and miss. Getting the appetizers and drinks came quick, but the entrees took forever to come to the point we were just sitting waiting for the food and had to move our after dinner plans. So on to the food I had the oysters which were very good. Steak was good crab cake was good as well . The Brussels were just okay. the Caesar salad was delicious not the normal kind but definitely was good. And a must try of the bacon which was the star of the show.We had the potatoes Egan we had 2 orders one order came out and was cooked fine but less sauce the other order came and had more sauce but was under cooked. Also the table was cleared while we were cutting cake and my salad was took which they did apologize .packed me one to go. me and the waitress had a whole conversation about how I like the breadsticks. which I asked for some breadsticks to go as well and she said she would add, but when I got home only the salad. Also 2 people in my party meals were charged to each others cards. It took so long for somebody to come back they just settled it with each other the difference cause we had to leave. I always pick different places to eat for my birthday dinner every year rather we are in town or out of town and I will say I had higher hopes for this establishment then I received.

Loved the food and the vibe!
I was slightly disappointed by the loudness of the bar and since it’s the central focus of the restaurant, there was no avoiding seeing and hearing the loud conversations coming from the bar. People regularly standing and shuffling seats or just loud.
Most people at the bar were very under dressed for a nice establishment such as this. Quite a shame they don’t enforce a dress code.
There were people in sweats, one in houseshoes, looking like they just walked out of bed. It completely brings down the asthetic of the entire place.
The food was GREAT and the portions were huge!
I wouldn’t order the seafood bisque or crab cakes again…. Very unimpressed by both.
But the hand cut bacon, steaks, sides, and dessert were top notch!
We will definitely be back!

Stepping into Bull in the Alley through the back alley entrance was such a cool way to start our date night. The contrast between the gritty alley and the warm, inviting restaurant inside instantly set a romantic vibe for me and my girlfriend, it’s like stepping into a portal. The place was quiet and relaxed, exactly what we were hoping for. Honestly, it was one of the best date nights we’ve had.
The food was just as impressive as the atmosphere. We kicked things off with the crab cakes, which were a total hit. For our mains, we both went for the filet, and wow—it was so tender and juicy, hands-down the best steak I’ve had in ages, and my girlfriend felt the same.
The sides are meant for sharing and come in generous portions. My girlfriend couldn’t stop raving about the brussel sprouts and potatoes, and I really loved the pasta with red sauce, it paired perfectly with my filet.
The service was fantastic. It was our first time there, and the staff was super welcoming and attentive without being over the top. They matched the laid-back vibe of the place perfectly, very friendly, not stuffy, just genuinely happy to make our night special.
If you’re after an upscale yet chill steakhouse in Tulsa for a romantic evening, Bull in the Alley is the spot. Amazing food, great wine selection, and a cozy atmosphere make it perfect for treating someone special.

Tonight was my first visit. The Seared Tuna was the star of the night! So impeccably cooked to perfection! The staff behind the bar were efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable, and there were good vibes throughout the entire visit. Now the steak and sides were phenomenal . You must try the Potatoes Egan! After dinner was dessert. Listen, No one talks about how BIG the creme brulee is! It was served in a pie plate. Definitely more than enough for 4 people to share. Mason was kind enough to give me a fresh order of the potatoes Egan when our leftovers were accidentally disposed of. They place your leftovers in a to go box for you! The live pianist was talented and played a delightful mix including Rod Stewart “if you think I’m sexy” we visited on Valentine’s Day and sat at the bar.

So.
We went for our anniversary, not the best place for something like that. Definitely prefer Flemings or somewhere like that for that occasion but I’m glad we tried it! i love the entrance, it feels very discreet and mysterious at first, i love the inside as well.
The service, we had a great waiter. He had great recommendations and conversation, he made our night very enjoyable. 10/10
Now last but not least, the food!
Personally for us, we were NOT impressed with the crab cakes. Also wasn’t impressed by the tomahawk, howeverrrrr,
That lobster bisque PHENOMENAL!
That bacon also!!!!
For me I just wanted to try the place, but for the lobster bisque and bacon appetizer, I’d go back just for that!!!!!! Best lobster bisque in town I’d say.

Bull in the Alley is one of Tulsa’s best-kept secrets — a hidden Art Deco-inspired steakhouse that feels like stepping into a glamorous 1930s speakeasy. The atmosphere is dark, moody, and effortlessly cool, with the kind of intimate lighting and design that makes every table feel special.
The steaks are absolutely phenomenal — perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and paired with sides that are just as impressive. Service is top-notch: attentive without being overbearing, and everyone makes you feel like a regular the moment you walk in.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable night out in Tulsa — equal parts luxury and indulgence, this is the spot.

Wander down an alley right in down town Tulsa and you may just stumble upon this lovely gem. Never thought a speakeasy steak house would exist but I am far from disappointed. The drinks were lovely but the star of the show was the porterhouse steak. Cooked to a perfect medium rare the flavors melted in your mouth. An honorable mention for the brussel sprouts that were perfectly seasoned and crispy.
Along with the lovely food and drinks, the staff were attentive ensuring everything was to your liking.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a good steak house right in the city or even just drinks!

Loved this restaurant. Great customer service and the food was amazing. Best Caesar Salad I have had in a long time. The petite steak and mushrooms together were so delicious. The Brussel sprouts were good as well. Overall I would go again. Great drinks as well. I had the sidecar and it was perfect!

Wow wow wow! What a TREAT! My husband and I celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary here this weekend and it was incredible. David, our waiter, along with the bar staff were so kind, professional, attentive, and overall had us leaving absolutely cared for! Everything we ate was seasoned and cooked to perfection; we had no problem choosing our entire meal thanks to David’s thorough introduction! What you see- Lemon Drop (I had two) shaken to perfection, of course the hand cut bacon, caesar salad that was incredibly light and refreshing- not a cream base here! A vinegar based dressing that was Devine!, followed by the 8oz filet, Brussels loaded with fixings, potatoes Egan and creamed spinach. Not pictured was a giant slice (not sure Alice is the correct word- perhaps quarter!) of their chocolate cake that was so rich and a wonderful way to end our evening. Truly and evening to remember!
