The customer service was lacking any friendliness. When asked if breakfast was over, they had no idea, went to ask, they guessed it was. I ordered and before I could order for the second meal they were closing the order out. I went to get drinks they were out of several. The ketchup was empty in both pumps and the carpet had dried ketchup. The floors, including the carpets, were sticky, the tables were filthy and the trashes were open and full. There was ketchup and trash under the tables and food on the lobby floor. Ketchup was spilled and dried into the carpet. The carpet is black, filthy and sticky. For just being open for the day it was disgusting.
We overheard the manager interviewing, “We ask that you be here about 4:30, just show up. We close the lobby at 9:00 or 10:00 and sometimes you’ll be here til 10:30 or 11:00.”

Not the best Wendy’s I’ve been to, but it gets the job done when I want something quick and don’t want to go across town (I live like 2-3 minutes away). The food is alright most of the time when I go there, but there are occasions when the food is just…ok. I’d guess the food probably sits there for a while. I do find that for some reason this place is almost always out of something I want to order.
I don’t ever go inside; I only go through the drive-thru, so I can’t really say much about the interior or what the experience is like there. I will say that judging from outside, it’s not the most welcoming-looking place to eat.

Driving through and found this right off the I25. Note to self- NEVER go to this Wendy’s ever again. I am kicking myself for not reading other people’s reviews. Greasy floor, cold burgers, and pretty run down. Good luck!

If I could give negative stars I would I don’t even write reviews so I’m taking the time to make this one the service is absolute c team it’s awful there is always an issue if it they have no diet sodas and don’t tell anyone…. which yes that’s a big thing … to this last time they could only take cash…. the lobby looks dilapidated and never clean I felt like I might catch something sitting there not to mention the front counter staff was lifeless and unwelcoming and the order time ….. oh the order time….. don’t go there if u have a limited luck break because when you get you food it will be damn near over… 25 minutes to get a simple #1 combo avoid this place at all costs go to the churches next door

They burn the the food. Service was terrible spent 80.00 dollars and still got it wrong.. smh. Never again. It use to be the best burger in Santa fe nm now it sucks. U have young kids running a franchise that NOW it sucks.. smh..

During order taking, woman was short and not reassuring the sandwich would be right. She kept asking “what else?” and interrupted in the middle of speaking a custom order. At the pick up window, maybe the same woman, would give us stuff and say barely understandable bc it was so fast “here ya go”. I could understand the hurriedness if there was a 2 mile line but we were the only vehicle in the drive thru.
The sandwiches were right (hot and tasty) but we did not receive the large fry we ordered and didn’t realize the fact until we were on the freeway. Killed the vibe of our drive.
The store never answered the phone when I tried calling.
