Don’t waste your time. This why I just drive to the one on Pulaski & sibley. It’s sad people apply for a job and lack the basic skills of paying attention. I return my order an explain nothing was warm or fresh and my sandwich was missing stuff. So in return you add an overly excessive amount to the already now cold sandwich and hand it back.

If you want horrible service, then this is the place for you. I always pride myself on saying thank you for anything that I am given. I just went through the drive thru and the employee didn’t add my rewards, didn’t thank me for my purchase, didnt address the issue that I had yesterday. HE JUST DIDN’T. Then I expected different at the pick up window. The girls who gave me my order were just as bad. If you don’t like people and don’t want to service the public, find other employment. Customer Service is a gift and not everyone has it.

I ordered my food through my app and actually sat for 22 minutes at the drive- thru speaker waiting to just give them my order number. It was ridiculous. My food was paid for or I would have pulled off. And then the receipt I get has no ink on it so I cant even do the survey on it. And its been like that forever. I think they do that on purpose so people cant do the surveys. But its ok. I’m going to corporate with this one. Im not sure if that is going to do anything. Maybe we need to stop going to this Location and teach them You can’t just treat us any which way. Next I will be calling the actual store. Then I’m taking it to Social Media. Thats when it gets ugly for businesses. Do right 159th McDonalds. Get some people in there that are going to do their jobs. Start paying people what they are worth. Because if you dont. This might be the first McDonalds to close down. Because if service is this bad. I cant imagine what the inside cleaning looks like. The Board of Health needs to be called next. That might be my next call.

This location has some of the most slowest, no common sense having workers, that give nothing but excuses while waiting on your order. By the time I got through the drive thru line after they took forever to even take my order my fries were cold & hard. I didnt want to wait any longer after explaining this to the girl who tried to act like she didn’t know what was going on & pretended like she had given me free fries anyway talking about I can just keep the medium fry. Like huh are you ok?! I paid for both my small & medium fry already, you’re not doing me any favor. Anyway, I just drove off. Never again! They are slow & it’s just useless arguing with them, they don’t care

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Everytime I go through the drive thru they have you sitting there forever waiting for them to take your order. I order Dr Pepper and they give me Coke. Food is always cold too. Worst service all the time.

Car in front of us ordered, then added more food at the payment window and never left it… It was 10 minutes before the car in front of us DROVE AWAY without going to next window for food their food?! We pull up to pay and they have the audacity to say can you give a minute while the system reboots? No it’s been 10 minutes already, is that why the person in front of us drove away too?!?! Should have just given the 3 people in line their orders on the house while system rebooted and took the L.

Wait times can sometimes be abysmal and the GM has a horrible attitude towards customers and her own employees, but you also have a lot of great employees in this location who are very helpful.
