Brenden and Justin were an absolute pleasure to be serviced by. Both were very attentive to our order and provided ample amounts of straws and sauces for our shamrock shakes. They wanted to make sure that we were provided with the option to have our receipt. 10:10 best McDonald’s in the area.

i just want to personally thank Brenden at McDonald’s for delivering what can only be described as a transformational dining experience. I didn’t just get food — I received SERVICE. Hospitality. Excellence. A masterclass in customer care.

From the moment I walked in, Brenden carried himself like the CEO of Customer Satisfaction. The eye contact? Immaculate. The professionalism? Presidential. The efficiency? Borderline Olympic level. I have never felt more seen, heard, and valued while ordering fries.

Let’s talk about the food — because somehow it tasted better knowing Brenden was involved in the process. The precision. The care. The dedication. My order was so accurate it felt intentional. Calculated. Crafted.

If promotions were based on aura alone, Brenden would already own the franchise.

10/10 experience. Five stars isn’t enough. I would return solely for the Brenden Experience.

Justin and Brennen were at the 2nd window to hand us our food. They provided excellent customer service and were very helpful. Brennen took the extra time and care to make sure the shamrock Oreo McFlurry was very well mixed. Our multiple orders were all 100% correct and nothing missing. Very happy with our overall experience and appreciate this location being open despite the weather.

Whatever happened to the old milkshake machines when they actually mix the syrup with the ice cream and the milkshake was chocolate, not chocolate vanilla swirl. Ehen I order chocolate milkshake I expect it to look like chocolate, Not chocolate vanilla swirl. So whatever you did, go back and get the old machines back because you did something wrong. The guy was trying to explain to me what was happening. And it did not make any sense. Years ago when they mixed it up, it was completely chocolate and now it’s not. I don’t need an explanation. I just need you people to fix it. Thank you.

This location has demonstrated a pattern of inept service that is unacceptable and is one of the poorest ran locations I have ever experienced. I have had a few bad experiences here but in the summer was what I thought the final straw. I placed a mobile order to pick up via drive because it was about 30 minutes before they closed. After checking my food (I always pull up a little for the next car) I realized they forgot an order of fries-it happens. I immediately pulled into a spot and tried to go into the store for the forgotten fries but they already locked the door-roughly 10 minutes before they closed. I had to bang on the door before someone eventually came to tell me they closed until I told him they messed my order up. They did give me the rest of my food. No apologies from the reps or the manager (I’m assuming it was the blond woman with a red shirt).
After that I decided I was not going to use this location anymore. That is until tonight as I didn’t want to go to another location that is out of the way. I again placed an order through the app to pick up in the drive. I received my drink and was told by the rep to pull ahead so they could make my food and bring it out. My son and I sat for over 20 minutes before I decided to go in the store to see what was going on. When I talked to a rep he asked the person on drive (I believe Mason) who said “oh no I do remember him I don’t have it” and then told his co-worker he “feels really bad he forgot” They offered to rush my order or give me a refund. I took my refund. When the rep (not the one who told me to wait) came back with my refund which was processed by the same blond red shirted woman form the summer I asked if they just forgot about me which I was told yes. Again no apologies from anyone including the manager and I had to draw my own conclusion as to what happened.
The lack of service and accountability at this location is downright shameful. The management team and franchisee should be embarrassed by the reps representing their brand and store.

Younger kids Justin and Brennan who were working during the snow storm had a great sense of humor and gave us fresh food when a lot of other things closed up. Even though we waited for food they had us laughing. Give these boys a raise! “Do you want a receipt?!”

If I could give customer service with NO stars, I would. I had so many issues with my order after I ordered on the app and waited for over 30 minutes for my “fast food”. The manager had such an attitude and after confronting her, she blew me off and told another guy to help me. He was much more apologetic and friendlier….I have lost all hope in McDonalds.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Took over 20 minutes to get my order. The staff were fighting behind the counter and completely disrespectful to the Manager. Multiple “employees” saying how close they were to fighting. Cussing so loud, I had to tell my kid to go wait in the car. Waited most of the time for nuggets, which the “cooks” were refusing to make. Finally, the manager got back there to make them. By then, all of my food was cold. I’ll NEVER go back to this store again. Reported the problem on the survey, but McDonald’s must not read them because there was no response.
