This has got to be the worst Chipotle ever!!!! My daughter wanted it tonight so was willing to give another try. Ordered online was told 30 minutes to pickup. After getting there on time waited another 15. Get home and I literally got a bowl of rice with about 2 pieces of meat some beans and a different type of spicy sauce on it. Absolutely none of the corn, fajita veggies, lettuce, or fresh salsa I asked for. And, our chips seemed stale, they were chewy. Staff is usually rude and more worried with each other and the place is a mess. Will make sure to not visit this location again.

Didn’t know the adult entrées only feed children now. When I saw one half a scoop of rice to start I knew this would be my worst experience at chipotle I had 8 pieces of chicken. This will my new place to go to pay an extreme amount of money to feel like I ate a snack. It’s my last time eating here.

This is my local Chipotle. Sometimes it is okay, but my last visit found the restaurant to be disgusting. Food service areas a mess; trash overflowing, soda machine had a pile of ice making it difficult to fill a drink. The area where meat is cut was disgusting as well. Not going back until this restaurant is cleaned up.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They charge you an arm and a leg for double chicken and then provide you with the smallest portion size ever and the bowl isn’t even filled up. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location.

Went in, right before 8pm, the were out of the protein I requested, no salad dressing, no sour cream. Had I had notice before I went through the line of the lack of, I would have saved them tier time and energy. By the time I came to the end of the line most of what I wanted what no available so o declined my order. I simply sign of what was not available would have helped, but was it that they were really out of those items or the just failed to replenish? Who knows! I’ve been there before and had them tell me they were out dressing while looking at it in their small refrigerated cooler?!?! Do better Chipotle!

This location needs a lot of work. My fiance is hard of hearing and employee gave him attitude when asked to repeat himself. Portions terribly small, no chicken this time but they always seem to be out of many meat options. Picked steak which had no flavor and overcooked. Cashier appeared to be nodding out. Went to get fountain drinks which needed to be replaced, very flat. No iced tea and specialty juice drinks were on the edge of empty. While eating our chips we noticed hair baked on the chips. I love chipotle but I will not be going back to this location. Lack of leadership from management shows in the employees and quality of their food.

I tried to give this place a chance several times but tonight I’m done with it. I ordered a quesadilla with cheese and fajitas online at 7:30pm said it would be done at 7:50pm I get there my food wasn’t done I didn’t get my order until 8:19pm. Okay the kicker is I get home look at my quesadilla and all dough barely any cheese and no fajitas and my brown rice is hard. Something needs to be done with this place.

Worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. When you are spending $10 at lunch you would expect food to be at least cooked properly. Very first time I was there, a new employee was eating the meats with a fork and kept putting it in his mouth and again in the food. I should have stopped going there from that incidence but I didn’t. And the other day I ordered online and was charged $4 for delivery and I paid it for convenience, but the food that came was very unappetizing. Burnt chicken, too much cheese thrown like trash in there, and cilantro wasn’t chopped properly (found 2-3 inches long pieces). And today I ordered online and went to pick up my food and beans were so raw that the middle is close to a white color (see pic). I am not kidding when I say I got seriously sick from it. Staff is also not at all friendly. They should CLOSE this location.

This is literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at and it’s gotten worse every year. I don’t think it’s the fault of regular employees, it’s purely management. Having one person on the food line on the weekend to drown with a line out the door is diabolical. They are constantly out of supplies like LIDS AND CUPS; clearly whoever does their stock/ordering needs a refresher. I understand things happen out of people’s control especially in food service, however, this is constant at this Chipotle. And their regular employees suffer for it because they’re at the receiving end of annoyed customers. They have the worst chicken too, it’s always huge chewy chunks, it’s like you’re using scraps, and constant stale chips. Y’all are too expensive to be managing this place like a dollar tree.

I needed to call to talk to someone about something related to my order and the phone ai system doesnt allow you to talk to anyone. I’ll just be going to Plaza Azteca down the street for carryout since customer service still matters there. Just a reminder this is a corporation not just a business. Corporations just calculate how lottle they can give you for thr most money. Im not going to keep paying for corpo slop
