This place USED to be the Best Haitian Bakery in broward. Now, the service sucks. Rude employees who ignore customers, do not properly communicate, horrible attitudes, and the wait times are so long for no reason. Even if you order ahead, you will still be waiting. Oh, and the prices are insanely high. $20 for just 12 patties! There has been pretty much a price increase on everything. The patties aren’t even as good as they used to be to be over $10 for 6.

I was told about this place by a friend that thought we would not go because the clientele base is of Haitian descent, but after trying one of their flaking beef patties i had to get more! To the credit of the people that frequent this business and the staff, no one shrieked when me and my wife walked in to order. The flaky beef or chicken or fish patties are amazing and their breads are as well. Be prepared to wait, but soo worth it.

Top tier authentic Haitian Patty’s. The Paté Kode is on another level (extra egg me please)! I always order more than I need to but it’s OK because they make nice home visit gifts. People can’t seem to get enough. I love it. They certainty love up to the babe! Best in Broward is absolutely right!

The food is AMAZING! I love the bakery but there are areas for improvement. With great food also comes with some drawbacks. Be prepared to wait more than just a few minutes to receive your order. There are areas where customer service can improve as well. Because I live far, it is my go to place every time I come to town. During my last visit, I have found it worth it to order online prior to arriving. It helps reduce the 20+ minutes of wait time while standing in line. It’s a problem for me as a disabled person and there’s limited seats. Unfortunately, I still had to wait about 10 minutes to receive my order even though it was already waiting for me to pick it up (which I received the alert it was ready), and it was near the person behind the counter. Aside from the above mentioned, it’s a good bakery to go to.

Edited to include the music is great entertainment while waiting to place order and pick up.

They all need to fired, they are going ruin the business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady insisted to speak in creole even though I was an English speaking customer and started giving a nasty attitude. I would never go back and some ones needs to start looking at customers reviews and holding these workers accountable or is it only Haitians are welcomed to spend money there. So disappointing!

Patties and breads are amazing best ones in the county. But, if you don’t have 45 minutes to an hour don’t go. The customer service is disgusting. The young lady up front is polite. The kitchen staff bring out the orders are rude and treat you as if you’re bothering them. We ordered 4 breads, and three dozen patties took an hour.

The food is great but the staff is extremely rude. They act as if you’re a nuisance. This is my biggest problem with Haitian owned businesses. They dont concentrate their efforts into teaching their staff how to address customers and be courteous. We as haitian need to be better and acknowledge our patrons as without them, the business will close.

The service is extremely rude and disrespectful. Customers who were waiting in line were ignored while employees allowed friends and others to cut ahead. During a very busy time, a cashier left customers inside—some waiting nearly two hours—to take orders from people outside, completely disregarding those already in line.

While the bread may be good, the lack of basic respect and poor customer service make this place unacceptable. No business can thrive without valuing its customers.
