We have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this.
My husband ordered his usual chicken fried steak something he’s ordered here for years and it came out with visible blood/pink liquid on the plate. This is a frozen, pre-breaded item, so there should be absolutely no reason for that. It was extremely unappetizing and concerning.
What made this experience even worse was the manager’s response. The manager, KAREN THE MANAGER, was dismissive, made sarcastic remarks, laughed about the situation, and became defensive instead of addressing the problem professionally. Her attitude was rude and completely unacceptable.
After being loyal customers for so long, we were shocked by both the food quality and the way we were treated. Sadly, this experience has completely changed how we feel about this place. We will not be returning, and I would caution others to think twice before eating here.

1. Long waiting time for food for my friend and me. While other tables were getting their food served within 20 minutes, we waited about 45 minutes for ours.
2. Fish and shrimp were overcooked, and fries were too salty.

Absolutely great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the bar section staff. They made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and were always quick to check in without being overbearing. Excellent service, great attitude, and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Karah was a wonderful waitress! Very nice and attentive and helped us celebrate our friends birthday. It was busy, but they got us in without waiting too horribly long. All the food tasted great and came out in good time.

Had dinner at Saltgrass and really enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, and our server, Azalena, was outstanding—super attentive and friendly. The manager also stopped by to check in, which was a nice touch. Great service all around!

Overall it was a good experience. We had a pretty large family size and got to be seated in a good timing manner. everyone’s order came correct, there was no mistakes. the waiter and waitresses work really hard. they’re very professional and hard-working. It’s also a very nice and safe area. I would recommend this place to family and friends.
