The Food
We ordered the chicken burritos, and as always, they were excellent. The portions are generous, the flavors bold, and each bite is loaded with tender, well-seasoned chicken. The green salsa is a standout, vibrant, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the burrito. Plus, every order comes with chips and access to the salad bar, which offers plenty of fresh options to customize your meal.
Service & Atmosphere
The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and quick. Whether it’s a busy lunch rush or a quieter evening, they always show up with great attitudes and efficient service. It’s the kind of place where you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first visit.
The atmosphere is simple and straightforward, nothing extravagant, but the colorful murals on the walls add a nice artistic touch that reflects the restaurant’s cultural roots. It’s a casual, no-frills spot where the focus is on good food and good vibes.
Final Thoughts
If you’re looking for consistently great burritos, friendly service, and a laid-back environment, Taqueria Guadalajara is a must-visit. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, making it one of the best spots in town for authentic Mexican fare. Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The burritos are delicious. My companion and I ordered the Regular and Super Shrimp Burritos, along with chips and guacamole. The main difference between the regular and super burrito is the addition of sour cream and extra salsa in the super one. The large shrimp are grilled just enough before being wrapped up in the tasty burrito. You can choose from a variety of tortillas—flour, tomato, spinach, or wheat—and fill it with rice, beans, cheese, and your choice of hot sauce or pico de gallo. I’d recommend the flour tortilla.
The guacamole side dish is huge, packed with diced tomatoes and onions, and the chips are pretty tasty too.
Taqueria Guadalajara came highly recommended to me, and now I’m passing that recommendation on. If you’re in the mood for a good burrito, definitely give it a try!
I highly recommend.
The ladies who take your order are fast and no frills service. Tell them what you want and pay. Within minutes, your order is ready.
Last night, I ordered super carnitas taco. It was so massive that I couldn’t fold it. A great bite every time- tender carnitas, crunch from onions and cilantro, and kick from hot sauce.
Also ordered super carne asada burrito and nachos no beans or pico.
Parking is tough, especially during dinner time and weekends
They are fast with their orders and the salsa are BOMB!!!!! The food portions are also really big and worth the trip.
