Yeah. I ordered just a couple of things and as soon as I got my food and the window closed all I heard was the three teenagers working there start screaming laughing which didn’t bother me at all until I noticed ALL of them standing together watching intently the entire time I was leaving with huge smiles on their faces. Literally everything was normal, nothing was funny, I wasn’t like a jerk or said anything out of the ordinary for any of those kids to have been so amused by me pulling out of the parking lot and they watched the entire several minutes it took me to pull off. Never in my life have I ever really thought someone purposely messed with my food and I’m not a paranoid person, I order fast food just like any other normal person but I didn’t eat a bit of the food I ordered tonight because of how absolutely uncomfortable it made me. It’s obvious that either I was the butt of a joke or my food had been messed with for laughs. Even if my food was okay, which I honestly don’t trust it was, the entire interaction made me feel pretty bad, I’m visibly pregnant, I’m tired and literally just was craving Taco Bell. All I know is it didn’t feel good at all and I’ll literally never come back here ever again. Maybe they just get off on making people feel like crap who knows.

Entered restaurant and began order on kiosk, which half way through me ordering shutdown and I was told I had to go to drive thru to order, dining room is closed. Even though I was already in, I was refused service. Cool, I left and will never give them my business.

Went in and asked the two girls doing nothing behind the counter for two crunchwrap supremes. They acted like they were incapable of doing the kiosks’ job and refused to serve me, so I left.

So I probably won’t come back here since they were rushing to get us out. They didn’t evenly spread out the cheese, chicken and sauce in my quesadilla. And the wrap job on one of the burritos was really poor. So bad in fact we got them mixed up since we couldn’t distinguish which was which. They stuffed our orders in a tiny bag instead of one of their larger ones. So our quesadillas were folded in half. I’ve NEVER been to a taco Bell that has ever done that to my quesadilla. The restaurant itself was clean. But please, even if the drive through is busy, take care of your indoor guests too. It’s about quality not quantity.

To the shift manager (Vanessa) who thinks this is acceptable – it is not. This was the bottom of the bag. All the tacos were crushed and soggy and this one had no wrapper. Do better with your team Vanessa.

The food is ok but keep in mind it’s Taco Bell. If you wanted a upscale meal you would probably choose another place. It’s great for late night meals and also if your on a budget and don’t want to do the “ burger and fries” thing. All in all for the price I can’t complain
