Their food is always fresh and on point. Never ever had a had an issue with their food or service. If you want the best sauce and the best chicken fingers in the world then you need to go to Zaxby’s and stop wasting time. And if you’re a person like me who loves authentic real lemonade made from lemons and sugar then you need to get a large lemonade from them as well You will not be disappointed. They have it in real lemon or strawberry flavor. Best chicken place ever.

Ordered the loaded bacon ranch fries and literally had a sad half sliver of bacon on it. So I called them to request bringing it back to be remade they just made excuses saying its only a single slice they put on it and when I asked if I could just bring it back for a refund because for almost 10 bucks it’s just not even worth it and they just wanted to say it’s that price because of the chicken in it and pretty much just refusing a refund or to be remake. I’ve worked several years in fast food management and I’ve never heard anyone refuse either a remake or refund if the person actually brings back the order in its entirety. If the company wants to be cheap and skimp on a topping maybe they should just not add it at all to begin with because I could tell by the guys word choices this was not the first call and complaint about this same menu item.

I went to zaxbys because I wanted my usual fried house salad (which is sooooo delicious by the way). Koby took my order and served me at the window. They were very Diligent when taking my order, and worked efficiently to ensure speedy service. The salad was super delicious as well.

We stopped by here on the way to Louisville to watch a High School Football game. The food is good just seems salty. I have tried them several times buying several different menu items and I still taste a lot of salt. The restaurant decor and ambience was great. The service was up to par.

I buy the Cobb salad w grilled chicken. I added 3 extra toppings and took off cheese and fried onions. This salad you could actually see the bottom of the bowl. They charge $13.40. Which I was happy to pay for . Until I arrived to work to see ..it was basically a side salad without my 3 extra toppings.. GO TO A RESTAURANT AND PICK ONE UP ..half the salad and chicken is being served for DOUBLE THE MONEY

Normally this location does good work. Today was not the case. Not only was every item I ordered followed up with a sarcastic and uppity “is that all?” The food was cold. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. At best, I received a half order of fried pickles. No wax paper, no dip, just a pathetic excuse for a side. I would expect this kind of service…or lack thereof from a lesser establishment such as taco bell or McDonald’s. Not Zaxby’s. This review gets 2 stars solely because they did get the order correct.
