We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. Well where to start! The staff are so kind and ensure you are getting a good idea of the food options as well as the people as a whole. The food is always delicious! The atmosphere? Very pleasant, especially early in the morning. Thank you all so much, eating here was a great experience!

Today was our first visit to First Watch, but it certainly won’t be our last. The service, food and atmosphere were outstanding. Really the only negative thing about the restaurant was the women’s restroom needed some attention. We had the Waffle Trifecta with excellent bacon & French Toast with coffee. The coffee was good, but honestly, $3.99 a cup is quite expensive with the meal.

We have been here a handful of times for breakfast and always leave full and pleased. The food is delicious and fresh. The service is always excellent and attentive without being overbearing. We enjoy the atmosphere; it’s bright, relaxing, and not too loud.
I have a gluten sensitivity and our servers are always on top of recommendations and making sure I know what’s safe to order and drink.
Their fresh juices are refreshing and today their chimichurri steak bowl was phenomenal.

Got some breakfast here the other day. No wait for a table, food came out quick. There was a bit of a line to cash out though. The food was good! I got the lemon ricotta pancakes and some eggs. I liked that the pancakes had little crispy edges to them, they are heavy pancakes though, but good! And the eggs were very good, just wish I had more of them. They have seasonal specials too so ask them what they have going on.

Omg the parking situation is SO BAD! Staff are fantastic. Sitting inside is so loud you have to almost yell, people with tinnitus or hearing issues will definitely not enjoy sitting inside. The food takes a long time to arrive after ordering. The portion sizes could be bigger or the prices could be lower to match the amount of food you get. There were a number of creative dishes offered.

First time here, and I was skeptical. Seeing what they had on the menu, I was expecting tiny food portions, and lackluster flavors. That went away pretty fast, because the food is AMAZING! I had the breakfast platter (two eggs, bacon and a giant pancake, ) and everything was awesome! I added on a side gravy and biscuit (because I was hungry), holy smokes! Glad I did, because it was SO GOOD!! The biscuit had crispy edges (YES!!) and the gravy had plenty of meat, eggs (scrambled), just right and fluffy, bacon, crispy and they give you a lot in the order. Everything came out piping hot! Couldn’t ask for a better breakfast. Left quite full and satisfied!
Price wasn’t too bad (about $13-18 per person), but they give you a lot of food! I’m a big guy, and left full, so I thought it was worth it.
If I had to nitpick something “bad,” the atmosphere is very noisy (they are eally busy, so if you are looking for a hole in a walk where it’s quiet, this isn’t the place for you). I was on a date, and we could still have a conversation no problem. It didn’t bother us one bit, but I know some people would have issues with that.
Definitely would recommend and be back!

A little crowded during our visit, but the wait time was little to none! Amazing experience, and breakfast was hot and fast. We really enjoyed the lavender drink and the caramel iced coffee.

First Watch is one of the few breakfast/brunch restaurants in Hixson that you can rely on to have consistently good food and excellent service. We’ve never had a bad meal or dish here. Additionally, everyone from the hosts to the servers to the managers are delightful and accommodating.
