in Muskogee for a little over 2 years and this is the first time at this Taco Bell.
Ordered the double stuff Taco it’s like they didn’t put put half the ingredients in it. There are other Taco bells at other locations that I can visit. Was not impressed with this store.

This place just made my day.
I have food allergies. I can’t have gluten (or mammal) and I function on a limited budget.
I ordered the double stack taco with beans instead of beef through the app. I rushed inside and asked if it could be made using two crunchy shells instead of the one flour and one crunchy AND they said, “No problem!”

Not the best Tex-Mex, but always reliable when you are in a new area and have no idea where to go. Also, they still have a menu that you can fill up under $5, depending on how much it takes to fill you up, of course.

We were driving back from Dallas heading home to OFallon, Missouri, and my daughter and I walked in to order some food, and no one helped us. Just looked at us and then ignored us. 1 guy working the drive-through, one girl sitting on a stool working a touch pad working on online orders maybe, some guy assembling orders and another person in the back.
This place is a poor example of a restaurant with a pathetic team of employees. If you are the owner you should clean house! These employees are costing you money! Read my other reviews, and you will see I am not picking on your business. I wish you the best with your business. If you keep employees like we encountered, then you shut down.

20230919T155 – I arrived and put my mobile order in at 3:55 PM. I used the restroom which was disgusting, and the toilet paper dispenser was empty, with a roll of toilet paper on the stability bar behind the toilet. The sign that says employees have the extra time to check the restrooms every 30 minutes made me laugh, as this was clearly not happening. The customer area was acceptable, but they need to use more cleaner on the table, as they all had streaks from when they were wiped down, making them look dirty. The screen on one of the self service kiosks is damaged and needs to be replaced. I received my order at 4:00 PM, which is amazingly speedy compared to the Shawnee intersection location. The food looked as good as Taco Bell can after being wrapped, and was delicious. As I’ve mentioned in my review of the Shawnee location, the Taco Bell app does not let you use multiple rewards in one order if you have them. So I did apologize to the young man that handed me my second Chalupa Supreme, as I had to order it separately for the $1 Chalupa Supreme deal. All in all, this location offers a pleasurable experience for fast food. Perhaps they can send some people over to the Shawnee location to train them so I don’t have to drive across town to get a good experience.

Food kinda sucked had to have them remake my items and my burrito was very messy, was trying to take it to go but was unable to eat it while driving which is why I wanted a burrito to begin with.
