I usually don’t leave bad reviews. But when we opened our food there was a bite taken out of the biscuit. We doordashed it BUT It came completely sealed. I’ve worked in fast food and i understand how stressful it can be and how easy it is to make a mistake but this shouldn’t be a mistake that was made. Hopefully there’s some explanation for it but we didn’t want to risk eating someone else’s late night snack. So beware!

1/26/26 went indie a to go order a 9 piece with one lg side. (Cole slaw) the restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly. The chicken was what one would expect. Good. The cole slaw was just 3/4 full. That was upsetting and the fact that it tasted like just cabbage? No dressing really. When I packed it down on my counter it truly was 1/2 full. Overall a decent experience. The portion of Coleslaw was not fun!

On Thursday I took a lunch break and went to Popeyes because it’s closer. I asked for red beans and rice and they gave me fries and a hard biscuit. I went back and the manager replaced my items. I got all the way to my job took a bite into my food and instantly noticed A dead bug was cooked into my chicken tenders! How disgusting! I gave the service 4 stars because the manager did refund me and gave me something else! That was my last time eating there!

It’s hard to find a good Popeyes these days but today I decided to try this one for lunch. The staff was very friendly and the food was fresh. The chicken was crispy and juicy in the middle and the fries were hot! I just found my new go-to Popeyes!

Food was excellent! Service not so good, we ask for a 3 piece combo with 2 sides. Since we didn’t say a “large combo”. The cashier charged us for a 3 piece combo with an extra side! Would think she would say, a large combo??? Also restroom had no paper towels. And dispenser was broken. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. Soap felt like water, didn’t foam up at all…

Super upset with this Popeyes location. I placed a mobile order and was told at the restaurant that I couldn’t receive the food I ordered and had to change my order because they “were not dropping any more blackened chicken”, then I was told when I got to the window that they gave my food away to the person in front of me and could not complete my order because they were not cooking any more blackened tenders (even though they didn’t close for another hour) and could only give me coleslaw. I paid $13 for food I never received. Very frustrating

So chic fil a is closed on sundays, and I tried this place. Well I’m just gonna have to wait for Monday to get a chicken sandwich from Chic fil a, Cause this Popeyes is not very great. First off drive thru lady wouldn’t stop having a conversation with whoever was back in the kitchen while I was ordering. So they didn’t give me any of the sauces I ordered. The chicken sandwich was okay, more bready/fried/greasy if you like that stuff. But don’t order their red beans and rice or their green beans. Both were utterly disgusting, and the portion size for the green beans was a rip off. The first and last for me visiting Popeyes.
