Been to a few Freddy’s, this particular location must be having an off evening. Out of lids for medium / large drinks, no unsweetened tea, and when ordered my burger it was stated with the lady behind the counter repeated what I ordered with no pickles, mushrooms, onions, etc, only meat and cheese and ketchup… but yeah, there was mushrooms and onions. Not at all pleasant to bite into as driving down the road. Should know better than to trust. For the price, should be receiving what is ordered… this ain’t McDonald’s.

We stopped here for lunch while traveling through the area. We had never been to a Freddy’s before, and we’re really glad we spotted it. I had the #1, and it was delicious! My son had the hot dog, and he said it was really good. It was gone in a blink, so it must have been pretty tasty! I also ordered a small pumpkin pie concrete custard, and it was perfect…lots of gooey crust and pumpkin pie flavor. My son loved the fried curds. We had a great visit!

Ordered single burger and fries. Said no cheese. Get to window she says you have the single cheeseburger. I said no, no cheese. She’s like yeah. Get handed a cheeseburger. $11 for a burger and fries and can’t even get it right. She knew a cheeseburger was coming and didn’t care to fix it before it got to me.

Epic, frozen custard concrete fail.
When you can sip a concrete through a straw, you know there’s something wrong. This is why a lot of custard places make a concrete and literally turn it upside down in the cup and back to show it’s thick. This would’ve been all over counter. By the time it was half eaten it was just a puddle of goo remaining. Threw away the rest.
If we weren’t in a hurry, traveling through town out I’d have stopped and talked to the manager.

Wow! I never thought I’d be so enthusiastic about a fast food stop, but I was that impressed with the service here! We swung by while on a road trip with our two toddlers, and were just very happy with how we were treated. The staff were kind and patient as we decided what to order (it was our first time at a Freddy’s). The cheeseburger was very good, and they had big slices of pickle (why don’t more places do that?)!! Shoestring fries can be a bit hit or miss for folks, but I liked them (and so did my children). Perfectly crispy.
We weren’t sure how much the kids would eat, so we split the kids meal and they cut the kids cheeseburger in half for them and put the milk in two different cups for them. It was just an incredibly thoughtful gesture that we didn’t even have to ask for. I’ve only had that happen at sit down restaurants, and even then sporadically. They wolfed down all their food, so it was clearly delicious to them too.
The dining area is clean and well-kept. The bathrooms are clean – and this is the first place I’ve been since I’ve had kids where the Koala Bear changing station ACTUALLY had the changing covers.

The facility was spotless, the food was tasty, I love the small fries, the narrow cut! Kind of reminded me of steak and shake. But they’re smash burgers are thinner and crispier! Interestingly, my wife usually cannot eat red meat, but she didn’t get sick eating her patty melt at Freddy’s! Again, like I always say, clean bathrooms clean kitchen! Dirty bathrooms, go somewhere else and eat. Their bathrooms were spotless!

Our family stopped here on a trip. We had a California burger, prime rib steak burger, and a grilled chicken club. All were very good. We love their shoestring potatoes. Everything was hot and fresh.
I have a dairy and gluten allergy and when I told the cashier, he made sure they cooked mine separately. They have a lettuce wrap with iceberg lettuce, and it was fresh, crisp, and several leaves thick, which I loved.
