Food was awful. I feel like I got ripped off tonight. The carne asada steak was so awfully dry, it was inedible and it was such a tiny portion too. For the upgraded price this was such a huge letdown. Come on. My girlfriend’s food was overly salty and it was a tiny portion too. We both ate less than half our meals and trashed it. I expect fresh food from chipotle. I definitely will go out of my way from now on to go to another location if at all. Get it together or just close down.

Was served this little when it wasn’t busy. There were little to no customers. Not even a spoonful was served, asked for more, and got less. Obviously food was good, but it was very unfortunate that it didn’t even reach to the full line of the bowl that I had to fill it with my own lettuce, cheese and sour cream at home.

Went once and got really bad service and food. Decided to try again because there are always off day. My bad. There were 9 employees there 3 of them out in lobby (maybe they were one break). One goes from lobby to front, puts on gloves and starts working. Notice I didn’t say washed hands first? Food was really bad. Everything was cold (including rice, meat, and beans all of which are supposed to be hot). Employees weren’t out right rude, but they weren’t friendly either. Do not think I will be going again

I went to Chipotle last night and honestly, it was one of the strangest, most careless bowls I’ve ever been served. The person behind the counter looked like they had absolutely zero interest in being there, and it showed in every step of the process.
The black beans were dried out and stuck to the bottom of the pan, and the pinto beans were full but crusty on top—like no one had bothered to stir them for hours. Then came the portions. I got the tiniest scoop of rice, and when it came to the meat, he literally shook the spoon so half of it fell off before it hit the bowl.
But then it got wild. He dumped a giant handful of cheese, followed by three heaping scoops of sour cream, then loaded it with the hottest salsa like I asked for none of it. Meanwhile, the lettuce? The smallest sprinkle imaginable. I kept asking for more of the basics, and it was like he was building the bowl in reverse—extra of everything I didn’t want, barely any of what I did.
To top it off, I ended up with extra sauce I never asked for and tiny portions of everything else. Just a completely bizarre, unbalanced, careless bowl.
Chipotle is usually consistent, but this experience was honestly disappointing and confusing. A little attention and basic stirring would’ve gone a long way.

If you can make it to any other Chipotle, I’d suggest you go there because you’ll probably be happier with your experience. I’ve been to this one at Northtown several times and it keeps getting worse. After today I figured it’s time to write a review and hope things get better down the road because I’m not coming back to this one for a while. This Chipotle js really poorly run. Just walking in, it’s impossible to not notice all the trash littered everywhere in the parking lot. The staff generally act like customers are an imposition. Rarely do they have all the toppings on the menu cooked and ready to serve. I’ve been to a lot of chipotles over the years so I kind of have an idea of what the staff is supposed to be doing to keep the restaurant performing well. And at this one you’ve got the staff standing chatting with each other joking around. The music is also usually pretty loud in the kitchen making it a party atmosphere for the staff. All in all, Im happy to drive a lil further to go to a different chipotle when I want a burrito. Get better Northtown Chipotle!!

12/18/25 I ordered steak bowl for pick up, but decided due to the weather to eat inside. As I’m standing and waiting for my order. I over hear the online prep staff state they are out of steak. I didn’t think anything of it of course (cook more steak.., right? ) I received my order sat down to eat, my bowl had about 5-6 pieces of steak bits if that! I brought my bowl back up to the counter and they had the manager look at it. He goes “ I see some steak ” I said “no there’s only a few pieces and I moved my food around, which was all of my other toppings. I said “I over heard you say you were out of steak, as a customer you should have offered me something else!” He goes “we can’t give you anything else we’re out of steak ” I said “I paid for my order, then you need to compensate me with something else! “ He was literally not wanting to give me more “meat” for my bowl. Then I said “everyone pays for a “spoon” of “meat”., either refund my bowl or give me something else!” He finally gives me a small size (sauce container) of the carnitas meat, . BEWARE check your pick up order before you leave!! DO NOT just grab and go, if you have a few minutes to look at it! That’s how they get you!! Lbvs! I did another previous online order and it was “no meat” put on my bowl at all!! Very BAD customer service!! Your entitled to get what you’re paying for regardless what it is!!

My order has been incorrect numerous times. The second to last time we were in, they did not include my chips that I paid for. Went in and told them about it and they refused to give me a free bag of chips. I can understand that people are probably trying to get free stuff, but a bag of chips?????? Never eating here again. I’m so sick of sub-par customer CARE!!!!

If I could give the service a negative star I would. The employees looked extremely unhappy to be there. One of them was rolling her eyes. There were 3 male employees just standing at the register while 2 female employees made the food. 2 of the 3 male employees were wrestling. I tried to order large quesadillas and was told that I can’t order that unless it’s online. I have never had this problem at the saint Anthony location that I frequent and will continue to go to because of how awful the customer service was. The tables were filthy and the food portions were extremely small like a joke. Completely disappointed paying any money to be treated like such a problem and to receive such a terrible product. Will not be back to this location.

We are regulars here! They always know what we’re about to order! And they are so nice. The only improvement that would make this chipotle an 11/10 would be saltier chips. They are just a little bland. Not mad. Still get em. But could be saltier.
