Food is alright just not for the price or the quality of post. Trying to ask for food to be made certain way will just be met with a blank stare and a simple “no”. A rush of orders means they will make the food how they want to get through orders as quick as possible. Lovely to see the person handling the fries sneeze a couple times on the food. Trash on the floor just swept into a pile. Manager having to micro manage the rest of the team for most tasks. This location just isnt the best.

We walked in and we were greeted kindly and treated well. It was kind of late but there wasn’t really very many people at all inside. It was clean and nice.

I gave the food four stars, only because my guest and myself did not like the fries very much. We thought that the flavor was good, especially for the spiced fries, but there was no crispiness to them. And I do like some softer fries at times, but these just weren’t right. The burgers are good. I forgot that there’s free peanuts while you wait for your food.

I do have to say though that two burgers, One fry, and one shake cost us $40. No drinks. I still thought it was worthwhile and I know the price of food is pretty high everywhere. I’d much rather have a good burger here than go to something like McDonald’s and probably pay the same anyway or close to it.

My son and I stopped here for a quick bite. The food was absolutely delicious! There was plenty of seating, restrooms available, and the food came out relatively quickly. You can also refill your drinks here when dining inside.

Loved the food here. Clean restaurant, as it should be. One issue I have is the to-go order send-out where they call your name. Like, what if there are two orders that have the same name and a customer accidentially grabs the wrong order? I’ve seen this happen at coffee shops a lot. I believe orders with numbers would be much easier to distinguish. Just sayin’.

Came in and Sophia greeted us and gave us a run down of the place. She’s definitely got great customer service skills. Food was decent. Milk shake was really with the frys

They certainly live up to the billing! I’ve read reviews and articles but never had an opportunity to try Five Guys until today. I’ve read that the fries are way over served and that was an understatement. I’ve also read that the fries are great and that’s spot on at least. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The burgers were very tasty and available in many configurations. The patties were well formed. The buns were also very good – great texture and taste.
NM COVID protocols in effect and everyone played by the rules.

I had been wanting to try Five Guys for some time, and I’m glad I finally got the opportunity. The burgers are all cooked fresh to order, as you can watch them being prepared. The fries are simply made with potatoes and salt. Being from New Mexico, the only down side is they do not have green chile. Overall, the food was delicious, and I will be back again. The service was great, restaurant was clean, and they have peanuts in the shell to snack on while you wait.

Took like 15 minutes from order and then looks like someone sat on my burger. Cmon guys lock in.

They nailed the fries though.

1st time at this location; a little busy on Easter Sunday. Ordered Little Bacon cheeseburger, regular size Cajun fries, no drink. Burger was as expected in taste, filling. Customer service was okay, not stellar, not abysmal. Establishment is clean!

It seems like this is a sort of “you love it or hate it” type of place. Personally I’m indifferent towards Five Guys. I can see how some would love the dual pattied burgers and free peanuts and great shakes but I can also see how some many would balk at the high prices and may not want AC/DC blasting over the speakers while they’re eating out with Grandma. I second the idea that Green Chile should be added to the menu in New Mexico and I also second the fact that these burgers don’t always settle well in my stomach.
