I’ve never gotten an undercooked burger at a fast food place. If you want a rare burger do your thing but McDonalds suspect meat quality is not where I want to try it out. I’m not sure how it happened, but I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

This gotta be the best mcnuggets I have ever gotten. Just went through the drive through on a mobile order, and the fries were fresh, and salty, and my nuggets were crispy and hot. I ordered food online and went to the store to pick it up. My phone showed the order was completed! But the front desk said they didn’t have my order. I had already confirmed my name when I arrived. After waiting for half an hour, they only gave me two burgers. I clearly ordered two meal sets: two burgers and one kids meal. I showed the order to the front desk, but they denied it and didn’t give me the drinks. I’m so disappointed. And I can’t get a refund through the app…
I used to go here often, but I’m so disappointed now!

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The management seems completely indifferent to how this location is run or the behavior of its staff. There is a tall, older male employee who becomes argumentative when mistakes are made on the behalf of the restaurant and their employees , and instead of resolving issues professionally, he raises his voice and tries to involve other employees to agree with him even if you ignore and don’t engage him. He is very aggressive and irate for no reason to point I felt unsafe. Reported to management with no response. Despite saying they do in replying to reviews. Management doesn’t care and does not respond to any feedback.
The food quality is also disappointing often old, cold, or poorly prepared, with melted smoothies and ice cream. If negative stars were an option, this location would deserve them. The interior of restaurant is filthy as well. Never coming back and advising everyone I know not to come here.

There should be no reason for my order to have missing items EVERY time I order from here, whether delivery or through the drive through. Additionally, there is no way to get into contact because the number isn’t active, so I can’t even ask for the missing item to be delivered to me! I just want my money back, or my missing burger.

This is the worst location in the general Greenville/simpsonville/mauldin area. Couple years ago had issues with the hours not being accurate on the app, so you would order, drive there, and it would be closed. Didn’t go back for 2 years. After 2 full years, experienced the same exact problem. Waste of time and gas. Last time the employee told me I had to come back the next day to get a refund in person, which would have meant wasting my time and gas a second time. I did a complaint online and luckily received an email just telling me if the restaurant was closed the order would be cancelled and I would get a refund automatically, but nothing else was offered, not even an apology for wasting my time, and the hours were never fixed. Luckily since then they have added the ability to cancel an order through the app.
Now I just went to get breakfast at 9:30am, ordered two sausage egg and cheese McGriddles and one of them didn’t have the egg on it. Both iced coffees were a full inch short of being full and they didn’t even attempt to mix it together at all and there was coffee running down the sides of both cups. Also got a steak egg and cheese biscuit and the center of the steak was hard. When I pulled up the employee inside put his back to the window and leaned there for a while until he started dancing randomly for about a minute? He was polite though when he handed me the order. I pulled over to check everything was in the bag once I left the line and it was barely warm.
Also the app tells you “only 5 minutes left to order breakfast, order now!” at 10:25am pushing you to order, but if you show up at 10:29am with the order already placed, they won’t serve you the breakfast order that the app specifically TELLS you to hurry and place, and when you ask what to do then, the employee just says “I don’t know.” “Do I need to cancel it in the app somewhere?” “I guess so, I don’t know.” The app shouldn’t push you to “hurry” and order if the order is going to be rejected when you get there a minute before breakfast changes over.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Whoever is working there tonight at 9pm shouldn’t be. I run doordash and I get there, they didn’t come to counter because they were all too busy playing with each other like a bunch of kids. Then finally they did just to tell me the order wasn’t there. Turns out someone else took off with it. I finally managed to get them to re make the order. It was like I hurt them doing so. Very very rude. I would’ve fired everyone there working tonight. Literally everyone. Something definitely needs to be said to them before someone else does.

Horrible SERVICE! I frequent this location often & today will be the last! I ordered a smoothie & it was very watery and didn’t come to the “fill’ line on the cup! I told the employee Ivan, and he says this is how it is & walked off mumbling something smart under his breath because his co-workers felt the need to laugh loudly at whatever he said. I then asked MARCELLA what’s Ivans name (before finding out) and she proceeds to roll her eyes, shrug her shoulders, & say I don’t know and walk off laughing. These 2 have A LOT to say behind that glass window! & as long as they are working there I will no longer come to this location! They need better training if they are going to work with customers. This isn’t the first time I have came here and heard Marcella being argumentative with a customer! If they dont have customer service skills then they need a new job or work in the back!!!!

Well, where to start. Our food was brought out cold and dry (hard to do with a quarter pounder), no napkins, and packed in to-go boxes despite asking to dine in. While we waited two people were ahead of us complaining they had been waiting an hour, the people in the back were arguing loudly, all the machines were beeping and going off.
Truly an experience. Avoid this location.
