Filling Station had delicious food. They have some unique combinations that you can put together. For example, I had waffles with really nice tender juicy chicken on top. Sounds strange, but it was sweet and savory.

The food was quite good. Probably one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot of different breakfast burritos. I got the special razorback burrito with eggs, onion, peppers, cheese, ham,bacon, and incredibly tender pulled pork with good flavor. Topping it off with homemade salsa and sour cream and a couple of jalepneos for a Bite. It was amazing. My wife ordered a waffle with a side of bacon. She compared the waffle to what you’d get at a hotel, she liked it. And felt that ten dollars was a fair price for it. The bacon was nice and crisp.
However…I really wish I could leave the review like I did with the info above. But there is more to this. What was supposed to be a quick breakfast for my wife and I turned into a lunch. We sat down and within 8 minutes of us ordering we proceeded to wait 40 minutes for our food. There was not people at every table. It was more like half filled. And most people appeared to have food at their tables, a few did not. I became increasingly frustrated. The waitress was very kind and said that she was sorry but the kitchen was taking a long time so it would come out shortly. It was another 12 minutes and I had decided that if it took 50 minutes for our food that we would leave and go somewhere else. Also when my wife’s food came out it was very cold. So I had to ask for my pregnant wife’s food to be sent back while she begin to eat some of my food because her and my baby were starving. The food came out and it was great. And the server even brought us another extra side of bacon. But I was really unhappy that our breakfast put our whole days schedule for my wife and I anniversary behind schedule. If you have time to spare, try the filling station out. Because I will always remember that burrito.

This place is amazing! The food is great! My wife had the Apple-Cinnamon French Toast and said it is the best French Toast she has ever had. I had the Ozark Bene and it was delicious. The decor supports the name but is not over the top. If you find yourself in Eureka Springs, do yourself a favor and stop in for a great meal served by a friendly staff.

This place has great food and plenty of it. I only finished half my plate. The atmosphere is great with black and white checkered floor tiles and retro benches and tables. They also have a covered outside dining area. A downside is parking is awful. Both lanes are angled the same way (in) so there is no entrance and exit, only inbound making leaving tricky in a crowded parking lot. We had to wait for someone to leave in order to park so beware. I loved my gravy covered eggs and sausage. My wife got the patty melt and it looked fabulous and none was left, so it was good. She got excellent onion rings as well and a huge cinnamon roll to start which was to die for. We will return. Highly recommended.

Wow, I read these reviews, too! My bad. Don’t believe everything you read on Google… Had a nice weekend in the Springs until finding this “cute diner” with lousy parking last Sunday. My wife and I waited half an hour for a table and after ordering, we watched multiple customers get seated and served, eating and leaving the restaurant before our hash browns and omelet even arrived… My wife asked for her omelet well done and looked barely cooked. Had to ask 3 times for the NINE dollar cinnamon roll AFTER being offered by the waitress to bring it out before our meals. (Save your nine bucks, better at 7-11 for two bucks). We were in such a hurry to get out of the joint, we did not check our check until getting home… Of COURSE, they charged us for two coffees (six bucks) except neither of us drink coffee. Sheese, “icing on the cake” that prompted me to write a review warning the world about this establishment. Only positive: waitress had a nice smile and was apologetic. Finally, if management sees this review, at least donate my six bucks to the local food charity. You will feel better and I will forgive you for the crappy experience.

Great diner recommended by our inn keeper. Brisket burger was unique & delicious & the sausage patties stood out for flavor as well. Closing soon for renovations but said will be back open by March 2026. Go here for breakfast or brunch. Highly recommend.

We love ❤️ the Filling Station every time we go. We are locals and highly recommend you try it for yourself. They have amazing breakfast and lunch items. I personally love the eggs Benedict, BLT sandwich, and the biscuits and gravy. My husband loves the chicken fingers and fries. The staff are always very friendly no matter how busy they are. The prices are good for what you get. The atmosphere is awesome as well. Best breakfast place in town hands down.
