No straws, no ketchup, no refills freely available, only at the cashier’s. Staff out of sight when away from the cashier’s. They were not very motivated to stay behind the cashier’s desk. Away a lot. Leaving you with nothing. Bun looked like someone sat on it. Flattened, no fluffiness left.
And a sign was there you had to be out within half an hour.
The most uninviting mcd ever. Will not return.

Floor dirty and the doorhandles to the restrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. No point in asking the staff to wash their hands when opening the door after that with a filthy handle.

Yesterday I was at the store with my family. We bought two Happy Meals with Zootopia 2 toys. When the order arrived at our table, it contained different toys than the ones we ordered. I asked to exchange them, and the saleswoman told me they didn’t have them, but that I should come back the next day, that the toys would arrive at the store, and they would exchange them for me. I returned to the store today around 6 pm, and the manager said he wouldn’t exchange them. I explained the situation, but he wouldn’t exchange them. I don’t think that’s right, because the day before I bought the Happy Meal with the Zootopia toys, and they didn’t arrive. If they didn’t have them, they shouldn’t have sold them as if they did. And I found it even more wrong that the manager didn’t exchange the toys. If they don’t have the product, they shouldn’t sell the product. The manager was extremely inflexible, even though the mistake was the store’s for selling a non-existent product.

I didn’t even want to give it one star we went in to order the Grinch meal paid had a seat waited 40 mins. Saw the only thing they were interested in is the drive thru they seemed overwhelmed we had enough of waiting went to get our money back the mgr couldn’t even apologize for the Wait nothing didn’t say anything but just throw money around opened up the door gave us a receipt of our refund not even saying I’m sorry for the unbelievable work ethic that was going on there witness them Miss paying somebody didn’t know how to give change to somebody it was the craziest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen I wouldn’t go here and if there’s other complaints you should let the corporation know the lady manager there was not very well kept very dirty the whole place was handled by people that didn’t even care shame on you

Everytime I come here there issues with the food or they have an empty drive thru make you wait in their pickup spot and make you wait 10- 15min one time they forgot I was out there. They are trying to make their numbers look good and not actually do their jobs

another poor mcdonalds experience, went thru a drivethru and they made me wait in a stall for my drink…i waited about 15 minutes before i just went in and they completely forgot.

while i was waiting i saw another person waiting for his food and was trying to ask someone at the counter where his food was, that worker’s response was “i am actually clocking out so I can’t help you” and just walked away from the counter. really poor service…really disappointing experience.

I stood at the counter and waited for at least 5 minutes as the staff totally ignored me. I guess they wanted me to use the kiosk. Then they gave us the wrong order, the girl was so timid. The whole thing was so painful to experience.

The lady operating the drive-through is inefficient, incapable, and absolutely positively a meanie!!!
She’s resentful. She serves the community, precious delicious cheeseburgers. And it ain’t right.

Waited about 21 minutes after ordering through my app and was told to order ketchup to the app when I ask for ketchup at the window. What is this world come to?
