Man… come on ya’ll. How do you not see the burger patty paper still on there? You literally had to add cheese on the top.

Not good. Fries were soggy and it’s 6:15, peak dinner time. Chicken sandwich overcooked and sitting underneath heat lamps so it was old. These owners do not care. Every review you read down on is pitiful and they are getting worse every time I come here. Spare yourself and do not come here.

Cons: it looked as if only one employee was doing all the work the rest were all talking or playing ( see picture ),on phones. And they messed up on the order ( the receipt was correct).
Pros: Pretty clean, and the decorations for Easter were really neat, and well done.What impressed me was Rosa Lopez ( I asked for her name because she was doing nearly all the work). I watched as she politely took all the orders, then made the ice cream etc.. , got the fries, and got one other person to hand her the burgers, with out an once of frustration on her face. I would not have that much control.
In fairness we live several hours away and were only passing through so this could have just been an off day.

This place is horrible. It used to be way better back in the day. I literally couldn’t even order at the front counter and was told to order at the kiosk when they don’t take cash.

The service was not bad at all…the food on thw other hand…the fries were cold and you could tell not fresh at all, and thats that we waited maybe 15 minutes for the food.

Came in at lunch time hoping that because the restaurant was busy I would not be served cold food so I waited patiently to get my order which I ordered from the app before going in and BAM!!! Cold Spicy Mc Crispy-at least for once my fries were hot but WOW what a disappointment- I get an hour for lunch waited for about 15 minutes and served cold food
