Ordered a half mozzarella / half hot dog corn dog. About halfway through eating it, we realized it was actually all mozzarella. We went back to let the staff know, and they offered either a refund or a new one, which we appreciated.
Since we had already eaten part of it and couldn’t eat a whole new corn dog, we chose the refund. However, they took the remaining food out of our hands, which felt uncomfortable, especially since the mistake was not ours.
The issue was resolved, but the handling could have been more customer-friendly. Food is usually good, just hoping for better service in situations like this
