Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious — every bite had a wow factor.
We started with their warm bread and butter, which came out soft, fresh, and slightly sweet — always a classic favorite. The loaded potato soup was rich, creamy, and super comforting, topped with cheese, green onions, and bacon bits. Next time, I’d probably ask for the bacon bits on the side just to keep the texture crisp, but the flavor itself was fantastic.
My steak was cooked beautifully — juicy, tender, and seasoned just right with that signature Outback char. The mashed potatoes were smooth and buttery, and the fries came out hot and crispy.
One small disappointment was the ribeye. It didn’t have much marbling, especially for the price, so it wasn’t quite as flavorful or tender as expected. But honestly, everything else more than made up for it. It was also my first time trying their Heinz 57 sauce along with A1, and the combo together was surprisingly amazing — definitely recommend mixing both!
The service truly stood out. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal.
The only other small issue was being charged $2.99 for using the table “game tablet.” I don’t recall seeing a clear disclaimer about the charge, and if it was mentioned, it definitely wasn’t obvious. I even tried looking for a notice but couldn’t find one. Thankfully, our very kind server removed it right away with no hesitation. She handled it so graciously that I actually increased their tip just to show appreciation. Great customer service like that really makes a difference.
Overall, great food, excellent service, and a place we’d happily come back to again. Definitely recommend!

The customer service here is absolutely outstanding! From the moment my toddler and I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for and valued. Amanda our server went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect and all my questions were answered with patience and kindness. It’s rare to find such personalized, attentive service these days! Her caring demeanor truly set the standard for excellence. I Highly recommend this location to anyone who appreciates quality care, a worry free meal, and professionalism!

Absolutely horrible! We were sitting for almost 25 minutes before a server ever came and only then because we asked for one. Drinks, appetizers and bread (all at the same time) 20 minutes after we ordered. No plates brought for shared appetizers or bread. Got the manager involved after waiting another 20 minutes or so for drink refills and salad. Server nowhere got be found. When our server finally turned up I let him know how disappointed we were with everything and he told me he didn’t know what I expected him to do about it! Got the manager again and we were given a new server. When we finally got our meal my husband’s steak did not have onions as requested so then had to wait for that. We had 3 children under 12 with us and because of the ridiculously slow service we were there for 2 1/2 hours! The manager cut the bill in half but that’s not the point. We would much rather pay to have a nice meal with great service. All and all the food was fine but the service was deplorable. We will never go back. It would see that great customer service is a thing of the past.

Went on a solo birthday dinner here and it was my first time ever at Outback Steakhouse. I don’t eat red meat, but I had a gift card and wanted to try it out.
The blonde beer was really good, and the bread was fresh and warm. Of course, I had to try their famous Bloomin’ Onion. The flavor was decent, though a bit bland, but about a third of the way through I realized parts of it were completely raw, with uncooked flour and batter inside. The slimy texture completely ruined my appetite. I almost never send food back, but I genuinely couldn’t eat it.
The server was extremely kind and apologetic, and I believe a manager also came by to apologize and gave me a coupon to come back and try it again, which I appreciated.
I ended up getting the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and broccoli to go. The mashed potatoes were honestly some of the best I’ve had at a restaurant. The broccoli, however, was very mushy, which made it seem like it may have been frozen and reheated. The chicken had good flavor overall, but parts of it were quite overcooked.
Overall, I’d say the ambiance and service were excellent and made the experience better, but the food itself was inconsistent. Some items were great, others were disappointing. Somewhat worth the visit, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to return to.

Food was good and all request were just as we asked for. Have been going to different ones all iver the nation. This one did a very good job and cook everything from the apps to main course just as we asked.

I haven’t been to an Outback in ages and frankly I was underwhelmed.
We started with their famous bloomin onion which was over cooked ( burnt) and very greasy. Of course hot bread and soft butter were immediately delivered and that quickly disappeared!
I ordered sirloin and coconut shrimp and cast aside my dietary restrictions and included sides of Mac and cheese and a baked potato.
My sirloin was ok, the 4 shrimp were beyond delicious, so tasty. But, my side of Mac and cheese was barely room temp. I sent back to kitchen. It was returned shortly and stirred but still not hot. At that point it was embarrassing to others at my table so I said nothing.
The server was very capable, friendly and of course food quality is not his fault. I want to be very clear about this. The server was properly and well tipped.

Went for lunch on Monday, it was not busy and service was great and fast. We had the Kingsland Pasta and the Sirloin Grilled Shrimp which were very good. The butter was very fluffy and soft and went will with bread served. Our waitress was very attentive and served us quickly.

Our trip to outback was really good. Our food came out perfect. But what made it best was our waitress Amanda. She was really one of the best we’ve had. She made sure our drinks were filled our order was correct & that we didn’t need anything. She was super nice & fun to talk to. Would definitely recommend her all day everyday..

Our recent visit to the outback in Gainesville VA was excellent. The food was delicious & the drinks were so good. Our server Amanda, she was amazing. She was definitely one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had. She was so nice & went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted/needed. She made sure we never had to wait with empty cups. I would highly recommend this outback.

Tracy was very professional as server, funny, kind, excellent top notch service with a smile. Absolutely lovely experience!!! Food wonderfully delicious; her helper was very good too; we wanted nothing; superb day for lunch at the Outback. She treated us like family and made Christmas cheer fabulous. Thank you to Tracy, Jay, and greeter, who sat us exactly where I needed to sit for disability reason. Customer service was key from the outback staff to include staff!!!
