Alan and Kenny are always so welcoming and kind when I come to dine in or even to order take out. They have the best Combination Vermicelli Bowls, Well Done Beef Pho, Banh Mi sandwiches, fresh Crab Rangoons, and hot Jasmine tea. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed.

I’ve been wanting to try Pho for a while since I like Ramen. The man at the register answered all my questions and made recommendations based on my dietary needs. Ordered a carry out order for the shrimp pho & veggie spring rolls (comes with tofu – I didn’t eat the tofu).
14/10!!! Everything was good. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, broth was seasoned perfectly. I’m not sure what the dark sauce is but it was amazing when added to the broth. It took me 30-35 min to get home and the broth was still warm enough to consume. I will be back again

Stopped by for a quick mid week lunch. Place is clean with spacious seating. Staff is friendly and quick. Ordered a Vietnamese pancake which was huge and delicious. Will be back to try their pho.

What The Pho not only has a clever name, but amazing food, staff and service! Spring rolls are always fresh and so is the pho! 10/10 recommend, check them out and get a nice yummy bowl!

As a self proclaimed pho expert and enthusiast, this might be the best pho in Indianapolis. Only one I’ve tried here however it sets the bar high and glad I made the decision to come here for this bowl. Clean broth, piping hotttt, fresh sides, tender meat, and great service! I’ll be back!

It was a little chilly inside but our party of 15 got warmed up with some hot pho and pad Thai. Everything was amazing including the spring rolls. Definitely recommend and feel they took care of our large party extremely well!

I love What the Phõ!! The servers are nice, the food is always fantastic, and the atmosphere is calm and refreshing. The owner is so nice and the food comes out quickly. They also have more than just phõ with a lot of Chinese dishes as well, however the phõ is a great option if you want to be warmed up, have a slight cold, or just want some good food!!
