“What a joke. Arby’s Buffalo Chicken Slider used to actually be worth it — basically a mini chicken strip sandwich. Now it’s just a sad little nugget with bread, and they’re charging $2.49 for it. Shrinkflation at its finest. Save your money.”

I saw the Italian sandwich on TV and it looked so delicious I just had to go try it! I’ve had better. It’s ok for fast food though. Their curly fries..100! Their sweet tea… not so sweet at all. Customer service was great and quick! I’d go again and try something else.

I ordered a French Dip through toe drive thru. I had a coupon in from their app for only $3! When I was little one of the only places for fast food was Arby’s. I would only order the French Dip. I haven’t ordered it in over 20 years. It was just like I remembered! I love to dip things. I’m always saying that, “I’m a dipper”. It was really delicious! Thanks Arby’s! I sure hope you are around for another 20 years!

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich just how it came. All they gave me was turkey and cheese in bread. The reason why? They are understaffed. I was literally the only customer there. There was nobody in the drive thru, nobody inside. Guy was hateful on the phone when I called to complain. Like I inconvenienced him. Even though I’m the one who paid for the meal, to be correct. Pulled forward and waited patiently. Do not go to this location. Not the first time this has happened. Between giving me the complete wrong order to mess up constantly.

How is Arby’s out of sauce?
They have the meats, but not the sauces to go with them. Don’t waste your time on the limited steak nuggets with barbecue sauce because they can’t seem to order barbecue Sauce to go with them.

This is two times I have been given the wrong food in a row now. It’s dark and I thought I checked well enough but I didn’t. After a 1 hour round trip to get it fixed I can get my money back or have it remade. Am I asking too much to get reimbursed and get my food remade?
