The Service from the older Hispanic Man that looks like a manager is horrible. He is so unhappy working here. Has been on his phone since we arrived and annoyed that week keep asking for the things he should’ve provided to us since the beginning, like our cups and plates. 40 yrs living in Paramount, this is the most pathetic place you can eat just go down the street on Paramount Blvd to the other location. The owner clearly has this place running at bare minimum level, everytime I’ve come there’s dirty dishes EVERYWHERE. If you go for the buffet at $20 a plate just spend the extra $15 and get a 1 pizza combo, the gravy looks like yellow water, they don’t even like putting out pizza they make you wait and when they put it out so many people have been waiting its gone within 3 or 4 people. You ask them to put out pepperoni and they put out pineapple and pizza with vegetables, its pathetic. Everytime I come there’s ALAWAY other people complaining. If it wasn’t for the logo on the door and the unique flavor this place would have gone under years ago. Avoid this location at all cost

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION ! THIS MAN WILL TRY TO INTIMIDATE YOU, TREAT YOU WITH DISRESPECT & APPROACH YOUR TABLE TO ARGUE AGAIN
i would NOT recommend coming to this location. this man felt comfortable enough to give my mother attitude while she was ordering. when it was my time to order the man in the photo not only gave me attitude but his tone of voice as well was unsettling. when i responded with “excuse me” because the mistreatment was tolerated enough he gave me hand gestures to calm down because customers were walking out. i chose to go sit down without buying the drink i wanted. this man then proceeded to follow me to my table with my mom & older aunt who at this point was scared. this man came back to argue with me to which i responded telling him i didn’t like the way he was talking to my mom from the start & the way he was treating us. we did not eat comfortably & i would 100% not recommend coming here because this man tries to intimate you.

Beer selection, ok compared to other locations, plastic pitcher instead of glass like other location, overall a bit substandard compared to the Inglewood location. The chicken was on point and potatoes great. Kind of empty bones a Friday night.

This is my favorite Shakey’s in the area I live in Lynwood the only near Shakey’s I find or where to go I go here decent options for toppings and I live that they also have pan pizza at this buffet keep up the good work.

The mojo potato’s are extremely delicious. The pepperoni pizza is so good I couldn’t stop eating them.. The pizza sauce is incredibly authentic and tastes marvelous. Shakey’s is the best.

Destiny does such a great job in customer service. When I tell you I been coming here for years because this Shakey’s has great deals but customer service was not always at it’s best but Destiny is there now. I had to go back and get her name after quite a few great encounters with her. This was the only thing missing at this Shakey’s because the food is great, place is clean and now great customer service.

I dined here for bunch of lunch today the service was excellent. Emilio walked around the restaurant making sure everyone was good and that was very sweet of him. The food was fresh and a variety of pizza was fresh and available to the patrons.
