Panera Bread is my favorite restaurant! But if I had the chance, I wouldn’t come back here because of how uncomfortable it is due to the dirt on the floors and tables.

I like Panera but this one is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Absolutely no crunch on the cinnamon crunch bagels hardly ever. At least we got what we ordered today. Sometimes we don’t. Chicken noodle soup today only 5 noodles. Just call it broth. Our chicken bacon ranchers were good today. Will have to go next door.

It’s okay, we were able to get here early and the atmosphere was a lot nicer than trying to eat during the lunch rush.
We definitely ordered more than we realized, a full size sandwich and bowl of soup can be too much for one person. Next time I definitely know to slim down on my portions.
Leftovers do store pretty well though, so even if you do order too much, you can take the rest home. It is still over priced in my opinion, its good food, but meh for the price.
Atmosphere is ok when its slow, its clean inside and the employees have been very friendly this visit.

A bad manager creates bad service. The manager had a very poor attitude. My wife politely asked about pet-friendly service, and she responded rudely and abruptly with a ‘no.’ We were seated at an outdoor table, and later she came over to take pictures, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.
We usually love Panera, but this kind of leadership ruins the experience. Very disappointing. Horrible manager.

Staff was talking and looking at phones while we waited for our order to be taken. Finally a manager told them to get our order. Later she told the staff no new orders for 10 minutes. The next couple who came in had to leave.

Panera Bread on Blackstock ruined my lunch! I got all the way back to work only to realize my salad was dry! I had no utensils! or any extras I added in my order! I mean how hard is it to double check the order before bagging and sealing them? I called to speak to the manager, and she was very unbothered saying I could simply come back for the items. Ma’am, do you not know how a lunch break works? I had to be back on the clock! I’m very displeased and won’t be back! I should have chosen to go to the other restaurant my coworkers chose!

Drive thru , not a long wait time. Friendly, great broccoli cheddar soup and grilled cheese with a drink. Delicious, a little high $21,but I guess because I got a bowl instead of a cup and whole sandwich instead of half. I don’t mind paying that amount if the food was delicious and it was!!!

Great location, clean and interior was really nice and open dining plan. You have the option of ordering from a kiosk or you can go to the counter, lots of options here and out to go order was made pretty quickly, definitely stop by here if you’re looking for some good Panera food.
