They make customers wait unnecessarily simply because there aren’t enough employees or they work slowly. On this occasion, they didn’t take my order until after I had been waiting in front of the cashier for 7 minutes. And on other occasions, they make you wait at the drive-thru as well.

This place is anything but fast. Even fully staffed, the employees move with zero urgency — it takes over 10 minutes just to place an order and another 20+ minutes to actually get your food. The drive-thru times might look good, but the inside wait is ridiculous. On top of that, the staff’s attitudes are consistently nasty, and their tone makes it seem like you’re inconveniencing them by ordering. If you’re expecting quick service or basic courtesy, don’t bother.

I went in on New Year’s Eve December 31, 2025 at around 8:50 PM to pick up my order from Uber eats the lady that was working at the window with the black hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. I told her like 10 times in a row that I was there to pick up an order for myself from Uber eats and she proceeds to Say are you gonna do a delivery for Uber because if you do then you need a vehicle after I had already told her numerous times that I was just doing a pick up. I know she did that on purpose to give me a hard time.

I order through the Wendy’s app. Order through the app and it’ll be okay. My app orders are accurate 95% of the time.
When I order through GrubHub, it’s a different story but it’s GrubHub app.
The food taste good. The breakfast is delicious. The Miami language barrier is zero because the staff speaks English. They gave British tourists 5 star customer service.

Good morning!!! As a regular customer of Wendy’s I decided to go this store. I’m a mailman I wanted to buy something but I need to wash my hands first. The cashier told me I must buy something first y I want to use the restroom.
