The service at this location definitely needs improvement. Staff could benefit from additional training on customer interaction and, more importantly, on knowing what is actually on their menu. A 20-piece nugget for $9.99 is clearly advertised, yet no one on staff was aware of it or knew how to ring it up. Instead, two 10-piece orders were suggested, which—even if the difference seems small—is still not the same price or experience.

If I could do less than one star I would. Service is the worst ever. They’ll leave out your half your food and somehow make it seem like it was your fault they left something out. All with a terrible attitude. They need to be retrained or just close down.

I try to go by there in the morning for breakfast, but they are never open until 7am. I don’t understand why Wendys puts up with this because I have seen many people in the drive thru leave because no-one will take an order. I am done and will give all my business to Jacks. Tired of going by and no-one will take your order until 7am. Jacks, McDonalds or whatever else is open for breakfast will be my choice from NOW on. This has been ongoing sense COVID and I am just sick of it. Get someone in there that can open at 6:30am

I live two miles from Wendy’s. When I got home my fries were ice cold as were the burgers. Heated in the microwave the burgers were better. But microwaved fries are still awful.

This place is the most HORRIBLY DISGUSTING place I have ever been in to my entire life, PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not eat here and tell everyone you know!!! I have no doubt if my family and I would have ate here we would’ve left with food poisoning!! The employees are rude they do not care whatsoever, the dining room is sooooo nasty when you walk your feet stick to the carpet, our drinks had black stuff floating in it and when they starting cooking our food it’s smelled like rancid meat!! This place absolutely needs to be shut down, I would be embarrassed to work there!! THEY ARE GOING TO KILL SOMEBODY WITH FOOD POISONING!!

Stopped in traveling thru to Louisiana. Food was hot and fresh. Fresh fresh matter “on the road”. Make sure you grab a frost swirl….yep… SWIRL. Large dining room. Clean restroom.

If I could give it a 0 star I would they are disgustingly rude I’m sorry but if you don’t want to work fast food no one has you there forcefully find a different job. Whoever the dike was on the intercom gave the worst service possible acting like she couldn’t hear us but definitely was rude to ask us to repeat something she said and I quote raising her voice “what type of nuggets your not telling me the sauce!” It’s never that serious stop messing with people you don’t know.

I don’t have issues here normally but I waited inside for a seemingly short line that took longer than it should have and when I finally get my food, I look at it and it looks fine.
I’ve since driven away and realized upon closer inspection (1) the nuggets are over cooked and (2) the fries and nuggets don’t taste right.
I understand folks are human and fast food places are understaffed but how do you sit here, look me in the face, and give me overcooked food?

Tracer was pretty nice but she said my son didn’t order his jr cheeseburger with bacon so even if he didn’t why couldn’t they ask if we wanted it? They gave me the onions and tomato at the window. It was someone in the background talking so my son drove off. I would have asked for the bacon and paid extra for it. I’m not clear as to what really comes on a four for four since this is the first burger I’ve eaten in almost a year. I don’t usually eat this kind of food. The food was good, but I think the service could have been better. It’s always best to try to come to a resolution Today is November 26, 2025 and the young lady upsold me on the breakfast combo. I sent a picture bc that’s not a croissant. It’s a roll with bacon and mayo! Terrible with fries so flat and hard that I did t eat them. She didn’t give me a receipt either! What makes them think I don’t want my receipt?
