Atmosphere is better than everything else. I don’t come here often at all, but I typically will get the same thing when I do come to this McDonald’s. It is usually 2ct $5 value meals (sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink) but they have more than once now, forgotten the second box of chicken nuggets for the second meal… So each time one person has been left without their mcnuggets. I’m not sure how they keep making that same mistake, especially with a few months between the orders but I’ll just go down the road to a better location at this point. There’s a million McDonalds. If you want what you pay for, go to another location.

Worst experience at a McDonalds i’ve ever had. I placed an app order for the drive-thru, when I got to the drive-thru, there were two cars ahead of me that got out quickly. When I pulled up to the window, I waited roughly 5 minutes before an employee came out and asked what I had ordered, then a few minutes later, my food was brought out, except it was missing half the order. I pulled into a parking space and went inside where no one was working the counter and I wasn’t acknowledged for more than 15 minutes, along with other customers who hadn’t been acknowledged either. Then was told they had to cook the food I was missing. All in all, I spent almost 30 minutes waiting to get my whole order for an app order that I put in 20 minutes in advance of me getting there. I never write bad reviews, but this is absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant that only had a few customers in it at the time!

First off I’m only leaving 1 start because I can’t leave zero stars. That being said here is my review: I just stopped by today because I was early to work and I was told by two people, an employee and a customer(a woman wearing all black in a black SUV) telling me I couldn’t back into a parking space near the entrance when I just watched the woman do it herself and I have even have some dashcam footage of it happening. Likewise the employee eerily walked out from the opposite side of the restaurant(he never saw me pull in) and immediately walked towards me. I tried to explain the reason I was waiting was because as soon as I pulled up 4 cars came from the other direction and I was waiting for them to leave before I attempted to back into the space.
I used to frequent this McDonald’s because it is on my way to work and about 90 percent of the time the service was fast and the food was usually good. But not anymore. What a shitty way of telling someone you don’t want them as a customer. If I knew of a way to contact the management of the franchise I would have done that instead of leaving this review. Stay away from this location, or matter of fact boycott the whole franchise. There are other fast food places with better food and at least those employees won’t treat you like shit for wanting to park in their parking lot for 10 minutes on the off chance you got to where you were going a little earlier than you used to.

I asked for no cheese on my sandwich. I end up waiting on my food at the window for about 2-3 mins and when I was driving down the road I noticed they put cheese on my sandwich. Order through the app. It no help says to reach out to the store for them to fix the issue.

Went for 2 Grinch meals. Person taking the order in the drive-thru sounded less than thrilled to be taking my order, as if I was bothering them. At the pay here window, the man took my card, swiped it, and slammed the window on me. Pick up window provided the meals in a regular McDonalds bag, no Grinch box (which is definitely what I expected since I was ordering the Grinch meal)? And, the fries were only half full and cold. Come on, McDonalds!! If I’m paying over $25 for two meals, I expect more!

Service is fast and friendly for me the only issue and personally its a big issue is you are selling Big Mac on quarter pounder buns with NO middle bun.. I haven’t had a Big Mac in years and its always a blast to enjoy one and now a sandwich that normally wins the fight against man for me has lost due to size

Forgot an item as they often do and they didn’t apologize and when I asked for an apple pie for the inconvenience and even said I’d still pay for it the manager on Thursday 12/11/25 at 10am was extremely extremely rude and sternly said if you want an apple pie you pay for it. The customer service and especially the manager’s was unbelievably horrible!

Went to dine in with my family at 9PM after a trip. Walked up to the door and it was locked. No hours posted anywhere. So I looked online and it said lobby was open from 5am-10pm. So why were the lobby doors locked AN HOUR before website states??
