They NEVER make my order right. Every time I order delivery or pickup, I only get 3-4 small pieces of chicken. I just ordered a salad and there’s no lettuce on it. This place is ridiculous. Look at how little vinaigrette I received. No lettuce. Look at how much chicken they gave me in my salad. Now look at the other bowl. The one that has lettuce in it is not the salad. Again, look at the amount of chicken. You can see it’s little bits of pieces. I’m surprised the rice and everything is a good amount. This location normally gives me bowls that are half the amount it’s supposed to be. I won’t be purchasing anymore.

This location needs a whole new line of workers for serving food. they have so much attitude. on top of that the serving size for sofritas (which no one gets) is not even half a spoon full and when you ask for a little bit more the older woman roles her eyes AND THEN PROCEEDS TO ADD SOFRITAS JUST TO THE TIP OF THE SPOON. ridiculous. my bf and i deal with her every time we go in and its just dreadful.

I honestly don’t enjoy coming to Chipotle anymore. Every visit feels like a battle just to get a decent portion of food that I’m paying for. The portions are inconsistent, and customers are constantly put in the awkward position of having to ask or argue for more of what should already be a fair serving.
Instead of feeling welcomed, it feels tense — like every scoop is being guarded. When you’re spending good money on a bowl or burrito, you shouldn’t feel rushed or judged for wanting a reasonable amount of food.
The quality might still be there, but the experience isn’t. Until Chipotle fixes the portion control issue and treats customers better, this place is an easy skip for me.

Kinda lame to be honest, talking about chipolte as a whole. They didnt give me the meat I ordered on my bowls. I didnt realize until I was home. Can’t call the location itself. You get stuck in a automated message loop. Can’t file a ticket online either. There just isn’t a way to send them a message. Company is immune to complaints.

I like Chipotle. But not this location, which is getting worse and worse every year! I have to drive miles to go to another location with much better service. Chipotle should take away the license from this franchise location. They probably hire people only to pay them less. They never have plain rice. Most of the time they’re out of ingredients and all they say is NO. You don’t hear a sorry about that.

This is not like any Chipotle I have ever had. Gross. Got a chic bowl with rice, lettuce, pico, black beans… This was make-up – 75% rice, then beans, then tomatoes, sour cream, and I am not kidding: 3% chicken – that was overcooked and not seasoned. Yukkkk. STAY AWAY. There is another close location; maybe they are better.

I love Chipotle, but the service today was terrible. I went in to buy a bowl and a bag of chips, but the staff told me they were out of chips. When I asked if there were any in the back, they said those were reserved for online orders only — even though they hadn’t sold them yet. I asked why they couldn’t just sell a bag to me, a paying customer standing right there, and they refused. They said they needed to save them “just in case” of online orders. I ended up not buying my bowl at all, so they wasted food and lost a sale over a policy that makes absolutely no sense.

Patricia the manager was super rude and unprofessional. I simply asked her if she can simply mix my burrito And she told me with a nasty attitude that they don’t mix burritos, I’ve never had any manager at any chipotle Tell me that they cannot mix my burrito. As a GM your customers priority and satisfaction comes first. She then told My coworker, the same with an attitude. Nasty attitude, nasty energy, nasty environment from all the coworkers, I will never be going back.

I’ve been going to this location for 15+ years and this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a negative review about service. I ordered a half chicken half steak burrito bowl and the lady at the register yells down the line to only put half a scoop because she thought she was putting too much on the bowl. She must have super vision? Then she looks me dead in my eyes with the nastiest, stankest face and starts speaking another language she assumed I didn’t understand to the ladies around her. Goes in the back and then as I’m paying comes back out to continue on what she was talking about. I haven’t even opened my food yet before writing this. All the chipotles opening up in the area this will be the last time I go to this location.

TERRIBLE service at this location. Had a very bad experience about an hour ago when I went here. I love chipotle but the staff at this location was very unprofessional. When I made my order and they started doing incorrectly they gave me an attitude and then started laughing w each other. Go to other locations or go to other food places in this plaza. The current staff at this Chipotle location is awful.
