She is Bringing her love for Charleston ,where she was born and raised, into her daily menu highlighting the islands of Charleston. The deviled egg is in the details! I knew when I tasted the tuna appetizer that we were gonna be in for a great event! I am a self proclaimed fish snob and was blown away by the freshness and quality. All of the food had that little extra touch, The sliders with the crispy pickle and the perfect amount of tanginess were great. Not sure what was in the fig appetizer, but they were different and a big unexpected hit. The charcuterie board with the roses(we had a derby party) were a next level presentation as were all of the items. And all of the desserts were little works of art and absolutely delicious!
You know the caterer is amazing when you hardly know they are there but everything was in perfect sync! And you can tell that the staff takes pride in what they do because they were all super friendly and super competent! Again, they pay attention to the small details and make the event seemless. Little things that don’t go unnoticed like Jodi the bartender recognizing that my wife and I were very busy, organizing the bets for the Derby and making sure all of the guests were happy would search us out to make sure our drinks were always full. They left our home cleaner than when they arrived and even organized the leftovers and labeled all of the tins….again, the little details. If you want a memorable event and want to have confidence in your caterer to deliver on every little detail….hire Stacey and her staff at In Good Taste catering!

Best sandwiches in town!! We found this gem a couple weeks ago and can’t stop ordering. The bread is perfect, the meats are fresh and the flavors are soooo good. Good quality food, quick service, and very friendly staff. I was so excited to hear they cater, too! 10/10 you have to try this spot.

Exceptional food, and service!!! We had such an amazing experience at In Good Taste Café & Catering. We ordered the Charleston sandwich and the Daniel both were amazing! Fresh homemade and full of flavor, and you can tell they take real pride in what they serve. Stacy and her son (whose name escapes me) were so incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind..makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or planning a catered event, this place delivers quality and care. Absolutely worth a visit!!!

I recently ordered a soup to go, a roast beef sandwich , some tuna, bread pudding and a couple of other food items. When I got home and took the bag out my car, to my surprise and dismay the soup container had melted and the lid had sunk into the container. The soup had spilled inside the plastic bag as well which soaked the wrapper of our sandwich, and my other items. I quickly carried the bag into the kitchen and into the to the sink . It was a mess. I promptly called In Good Taste and spoke to the young woman that took care of my order and told her what happened and that I had taken photos. I did not want a refund for the soup, I was calling to let them know so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else in the. I figured I would give them a chance. The young woman told me the next time I came in to show the photos of the soup and she was apologetic over the phone.
Today, I went back to order a few things and I saw the young woman and showed her the photos, I also gave her an order for a few things while she went and got the owner/ manager. I showed her the two photos of the container and the owner had the audacity to ask me if I had put the container into the microwave. She was not apologetic, she was defensive as if I was possibly at fault. What a stupid remark to ask if a piping hot container that melted in the plastic bag on the way home was then put into a microwave.This owner Chef Stacey lacks customer service and incredibly rude. There are plenty of other small businesses right in the same strip to support like Anna’s Killer Empanadas, Proper Ice Cream and the fabulous French Bakery L’atelier Des Pains that makes incredibly delicious sandwiches and pastries. The owner lacks business acumen besides customer service etiquette. and was Stupidity at its best. I walked out of the store canceled my order I placed . I would give In Good Taste a minus 5 stars if I could . Support other small businesses that are friendly and value their loyal customers. In Good Taste Cafe left a really Bad Taste!!I will never recommend them to my friends, the community I live in. Somehow Chef Stacey you failed miserably in how you addressed this, shame on you!

Stacey and her team at In Good Taste Catering are world-class! The food was mouth-watering delicious and was presented beautifully, but the level of detail in the service was a surprise. Everyone on the team was courteous, meticulous, and never missed a beat. Each one was almost nicer than the next, and they genuinely seemed happy to be working at the event. That is a tribute to Stacey, who owns the business and has cultivated a great team and environment. We threw a party for my mom, and I couldn’t be happier with Stacey and her team. I highly recommend her/them for any of your catering needs.

Stopped in to try sandwiches at the, In Good Taste Cafe today and am so glad we did. Wowsa, the bread they use is the perfect balance of crunchy and soft and the proteins are loaded up no skimping. A big tell for us is the color of the tomatoes used in a sandwich and I can happily report that the color on both were a deep red and juicy flesh tomato, no pink stuff going on here.
Got to chat with Chef Stacey the owner and her son Chef Ryan and it was self evident from talking with them their love of food and service ran deep.
This is a hidden gem in Delray Beach and I say …A MUST! we will be back.

We had them cater two parties for us!! The first one was full on catered. From appetizers to main entrees. Everything was amazing. The stuffed figs and the coconut chicken was my favorite!! The second one we had was smaller just salad and some sandwiches. Let me tell you the Caesar salad and the turkey brie sandwich was out of this world. Thank you so much for being amazing and so super kind. We will probably use you a lot more when we plan other events at our house. 1000000% recommend in good taste

Ordered the Folly sandwich. I asked if they could warm it up and they were happy to warm up the sandwich and ensured the cheese had started to melt. It was delish! Would definitely recommend, great and amicable service
