People are friendly here. But the food isn’t that good. Also they have their back door wide open a lot. I’ve worked at several BKs and this definitely goes against policy as rodents can easily get in with the door wide open like this. Kind of makes me nervous about eating here

The night shift manager working 10/01/25 is FANTASTIC! she’s always super friendly and helpful everytime i come in. I can’t remember her name but she has black hair and some tattoos. I really hope she sees this so she knows how appreciative i am!! by far the best fast food customer service i’ve ever had.

Ordered a few different meals, spending over $50. Drove all the way home to St. Helen before realizing they left one of my sandwiches out of the bag. After calling, they couldn’t do anything but replace it on a future visit.
Okay, so what’s the point in having a mobile service with delivery as an option; And not being able to assist the customer in providing the sandwich now, that your management dropped the ball on; By not checking orders before they go to customers?? I paid for my sandwich now, not tomorrow. Management needs to step it up.

Good food but LONG WAIT TIMES. 4 cars in the parking lot including staff and 2 cars in the driveway. Put me on a 5 minute wait at drive through before ordering.
They try to speed things up by telling the person waiting on their food to pull forward but it blocks everyone in because their drive through is a dumb design. This happens every single time.
Definitely need better management. Need a better drive through too.

Went to use drive thru. One car ahead. No one in store. 10 minutes to place order. Can’t barely understand the employee taking order. Second time coming to this store. Same thing both times. Same person working window. 11/20/2025 11:00 a.m. By far the worst I’ve ever seen. I never leave reviews btw. That should tell you something

Went through drive through and had to repeat our order at least 6 times. Still wasn’t correct when we got to the window to pay. Fries were cold, sandwiches looked as though they had literally been thrown together and were barely warm. This location needs some help its not the first time this has happened but lesson learned this time

Went there Monday and stood in line inside the restaurant. 10 minutes later and they hadn’t taken the order of the first person in line yet. None of the workers came over or acknowledged anyone in line. Decided to jump in the car and go through the drive through. The first car in line was there over 5 minutes and left. The second car in line moved up but left a few minutes later. We finally left and went to Spikes.
