This is my forever go-to order at Outback, and it never lets me down. The Kookaburra Wings are absolute perfection. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of kick. Not overpowering, not bland, just bold enough to make you keep reaching for “one more.” The blue cheese on the side seals the deal.

We had to wait 30 minutes even though the restaurant looked empty because of not enough weight staff. So admittedly that was annoying. However I understand there’s a shortage of employees everywhere right now in the food service industry so, it is what it is. We waited.The food is good here. The kids mac and cheese is not good according to my 8 year old twins. The other twin had chicken fingers, they were fine. Service was good, but it could have been better. By the way, my moms salmon and shrimp meal looked delish!!!! My steak was cooked properly.

We ordered online to go. The order was missing many things. When we called the manager, she said the small bag with a lot of stuff was missing and and she agreed to send compensation to our address. She didn’t. We are very disappointed.
My very recent experience with outback was not good. To go department server with extremely long nails opened my prepared meal boxes and checked them one by one.
In the food industry that long nails should not be allowed. I lost my appetite!
The very last experience is as in the pictures below.
The steaks were burnt, very dry, no taste.
For three visits to this location outback, our steaks were not cooked to our specifications. We contacted the manager on three occasions. The first manager told us to contact her before the order. Second, she was not there and when happened the third time, the manager requested the pictures and we provided the pictures and he couldn’t find them in his email. We called him and sent the pictures again. And he eventually found the pictures and told us the process sears them . We told Mr.Jones they are not edible. He argued that the process is at fault. We asked for him to make the steaks the way we wanted and he refused and opted to put the money on my credit card. This indicated to me that Mr Jones is turning away my business. So we will order our dinner from another restaurant.

I had the Queensland barrel cut steak. It was supposed to be 6 oz and a filet. I didn’t get $29.99 worth of anything much less steak. Most everthing on the menu is overpriced. Service is slow. We went on a Friday night and it was not crowded. Bloomin onion $11.99..

Always a great time when my friend and I have our “Best Friend Date” here. The last 2 times our waitress was Elizabeth. She gives great customer service, very attentive and checks back with us to see if we need anything. The Food is always delivered hot and delicious.

The waitstaff in this restaurant are GREAT! It’s very evident that all work exceptionally well together.They are very customer oriented,very friendly,and tentative. That alone is worth 5 stars in itself. Now the food: Strawberry lemonade was delicious! I got a to go cup before we left(and I will admit I was sad when I finished it..lol) the French onion soup…when I tell you this was some of the BEST soup I’ve ever had, it still doesn’t do it it justice. My prime rib was done perfectly, and went GREAT with the Aussie fries and broccoli. I would highly recommend this place hands down. OH! and a helpful hint,the entrance is in the back..so you have to go out back of the Outback (LOL)to get into the parking lot.
