Ran in at 10 for a quick bite. Already knew what we wanted based off of others reviews & recommendations. Ordered a red cab, one of the cocktails, olives, focaccia & spaghetti. When ordering the focaccia our server asked if we would like to add the salsa verde or burrata. We denied both as we just wanted to try the bread as is. He then asked if we would like some olive oil & balsamic vinegar on the side. We said sure assuming it was complimentary (our fault for not asking).
Everything came out quickly – and service was fine the rest of the evening.
Focaccia tasted like pizza crust. Nothing special and would not recommend ever. Spaghetti was delicious. Drinks were great. Not happy about the surprise charge for olive oil & balsamic but oh well…

Lenora the GM and Elyse our server took exceptional care of me and my date. They just earned two new regulars. Beautiful patio and great food. Had the bolognese and the brussels sprout pizza. For dessert we enjoyed the pistachio chocolate rum cake. Already planning our trip back!

I’m usually not the biggest fan of Italian food, but this restaurant was banging. A great varied menu that has something for everybody and excellent seasonal cocktails as well. The boar pasta dish I tried I would definitely get again, and if I got a drink again I would ask for a club soda to water it down once more fantastic service for a medium fancy restaurant!

Easy 10 out of 10! Coltivare is amazing, you can smell the fresh basil from the garden where they pick their own herbs and veggies. The pizza was insanely good and we’ll be back. Perfect spot

Had higher expectations for this place!
Inside was way too loud, almost impossible to talk in. We received our meals on chipped and very stained plates, which makes me think they are lacking attention to detail. It was not 1 but 3 chipped plates. The food was okay.
The serving method of the affogato could use a more catchy presentation.

Came here for Valentine’s Day dinner with my bf and our waiter was friendly and really helpful giving us recommendations on what food was popular or might be a good option, we got got good seats sitting in front of the chefs cooking pizza and they had a lovely bar.

Coltivare delivers cozy-chic Italian with dishes that pop. Grab a patio table on a nice night.
if you haven’t snagged a reservation, expect a wait. The sausage appetizer, the fig appetizer great as first starts.

gnocchi, black-pepper pasta, and wood-fired pizzas are the hits, backed by a solid red-wine list. Parking’s a headache, so Uber in and focus on the food and warm neighborhood vibe instead!

Okay, how have I not been here before? What a neat joint that is much more than just a pizza bistro? Simple, lively space, and our service was helpful and friendly. Bar has some original craft offerings that add to the uniqueness of their compact menu. Everyone loved their pizza as the ingredients were solid. I tried the stuffed house pasta and enjoyed the light, savory broth to pair with the perfect cauliflower for sharing. Will be back to dine at the bar and explore more of everything! Parking is a bit tight in this area so recommend ride share on peak evenings. Bring a friend to share multiple offerings.
