I don’t frequent McDonald’s but this one was not very clean. 2:00 on a Sunday and only 2 customers in the store, but lots of tables unclean. Order took about 10-15 minutes, was straightforward, but was missing an order of fries. Soda counter had spills all over it. Trash on the floor and floor was sticky. Bathrooms needed cleaning. Urinal leaking in the men’s bathroom with water on the floor. Bathroom sink and counters were dirty. Almost didn’t order food based on how unclean the bathrooms and dinning room were. : (

I waited at the counter for OVER 15 MINUTES just to order a large sweet tea. The manager was doing her job by helping the other employees. But the employees was either talking to customers, carrying on a conversation with friends or just standing around. When I was noticed by an employee, she stated “I’ll be with u in a min” and I waited another 5 min. I will not be going back to this place AGAIN.

This location seriously needs to pay attention to food quality! They ALWAYS put way too much ice in frappes! Even after double blended requests, there are mini chunks of ice that result in the drink separating within 5 minutes!! My food was also BURNT!!

Some employees don’t have any customer service skills. When I pull up to have my food handed to me in the drive thru I always say thank you to the employee. 9/10 times they have AirPods in and don’t say anything the entire time. It’s absolutely ridiculous. If I were to do that when I was younger and working fast food I would have been fired on the spot. If I tell someone in the drive thru to have a nice day. DO NOT just stand there and look at me like I am upsetting you. This is a constant problem at this location. Please train your incompetent staff to have better customer service!!!!!!

Good, juicy, hot burger made to order, accurate and fast. Kind staff. Fries needed more salt and possibly cooked longer. Were not golden and their normal crispy. I ordered online counter carryout. I was given cups to fill my own drink. If they had Coca-Cola Freestyles, I might like to pick my drink, but I’m used to my drinks being filled for carryout. I was in a hurry, traveling. Drinks need to be waiting with the pickup order. Also had to ask for a drink carrier.

Absolutely horrible. Went thru drive thru at dinner time, 5:50pm. Ordered dbl chsbrgr meal, medium size. Girl at food window did not greet me nor say anything at all handed me my drink. Few MINUTES later window opens, her arm reaches my bag to me, as I’m saying thank you, the window was already closed and she walked away. I pull out, start down the road, my sandwich was old, cold, ketchup and mustard all over the ENTIRE sandwich, cheese wasn’t melted, was no onions OR pickles on it, and the bun was burned. Fries were cold. I immediately go back. I pull up to food window, its half open, a different girl was standing there. She looked at me and then walked out of view. 5 minutes later, the first girl comes to the window, i have the sandwich in my hand open, asking her whats wrong with this sandwich? She looked and said, “uhhhhh”, i asked her whats missing off of it? Took her a moment and as i said pickles and onions she said, “everything”. I also told her the sandwich was cold and nasty. She didnt say anything other than sorry as she took my sanswich back to replace it. I didn’t bother saying anything about the fries, because by the time someone came to the window when i pulled back up, i jad most of them ate, and was in a hurry and hungry. The ‘New’ sandwich was just as cold but slightly fresher. I di9have time to turn around and waste as i was on a time schedule with a very long drive ahead of me. Food was terrible period on this day. It was dinner time, peak hours. None of the food should have been old or cold!!! The girl that took my money, was very polite and friendly!
