I finally took my daughter to eat the famous garlic burger. She liked it and said It’s the closest one to the delicious one I make. You can taste the delicious garlic. It is the best garlic burger I’ve eaten in UT.
The fries were okay, almost felt like it was reheated. The hostess was extremely nice. Our server warmed up to us and was extremely nice by the end.
The view is one of my favorite ones and watching the squirrels bring me joy.

The double garlic burger is delicious!! The clam chowder is one of the best around! The Greek salad was fresh and delicious! the whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. Excellent service great food and awesome atmosphere!

When I entered the place I was shown a couple table choices, but we were standing in front of the bar seating and only one guy was sitting at the bar and eating. So I asked if I could sit at the bar. The seating hostess said “the bar’s not open for seating, which table would you like?” Okay…so the guy eating at out was either a friend or an employee, but how about you let me know and not just act like I’m an outsider and an instant problem customer.
You can pretty much always much count on a decent burger and cold beer. The condiment containers and salt and pepper are on the table, which is a good thing, and they are clean – no sticky bottles or messy tips. Rare to see them clean and present like this these days. However, beyond that my experience with customer service and going out of their way to make a fantastic customer experience is absent. I go there once every 2 or 3 years because of this.
You ask for water and they tell you to go get it at the water station. Even if the water station is directly behind the server. Even if it’s 2 elderly ladies who were beside me and they asked for water. The server pointed over his shoulder and told them it’s self serve. The other servers were all doing the same. They act like it’s a hassle training the customers on how to get water. How about you say ‘sure thing’ and turn around and get the elderly ladies waters. Then say, please feel free to get any refills you’d like right there or let me know if I can help. I’m sure the servers enjoy tips, but they are fostering an environment that doesn’t warrant much of a tip. They probably get them, but they probably also don’t deserve what they get.
A small business has one objective that many people who run and work at small business don’t seem to understand. You’re there for one reason, to create an amazing customer experience. Clean condiment containers is only one piece of the experience.

Stacey was our server and SUPER nice. The Garlic Burger was TO DIE FOR. French Fries were done PERFECTLY. Atmosphere was AWESOME. TOTALLY RECOMMEND this place. Very nostalgic.

Wish I could do .5s on google. It’s not a perfect place for me but i do think it was delicious. I tried the famous garlic burger. I love the creamy bite of the burger with the garlic and cheese. Not a big fan of the fries though. The staff was great and helpful though. And i can see my self coming back to just hang out and get a bit since it was a great atmosphere. Just wasn’t wowed by the food like people make it seem.

The garlic burger was absolutely delicious, and the fries were perfect—crispy and flavorful. They definitely didn’t disappoint! Even though the place looked busy, we were seated quickly, and the customer service was great. The wait time for food was very reasonable. I also really liked the atmosphere: the garden outdoor area is super cute, while the indoor space has more of a fun dive bar vibe.

Fun times and good vibes at Cotton Bottom Inn! Very welcoming staff, homey decor and of course, delicious beers with the ever so wonderful Garlic Burger! We literally just had dinner and after a single glance of dem bums, we made room for it! It’s a must try no matter what your tummy tells you…get after it!

Great outdoor garden seating and friendly staff. I’d heard about their famous garlic burger all my life, and finally decided to try it. Ordered said garlic burger, fries, and water for two, and the total came out to about $50 after tip. Food was good, but seemed like a lot of money for just a burger and fries.

Super casual setting. Limited menu burgers, dogs & fries etc. Fun outdoor setting with picnic tables. Great beer and adult beverage selection. Fun stop with fast service.
