Visited on Valentine’s Day and it was clear they were completely overbooked. Everyone waiting had reservations and still waited about 30 minutes to be seated — including us. The hostess was upfront that food wait times would be around an hour due to how busy they were, which we appreciated and agreed was fine.
We were initially seated at a wobbly table in the back corner that honestly felt like it might collapse. When we asked our server if anything could be done, he responded “nope” and walked away, which came off as rude and dismissive. Thankfully, the hostess stepped in and re-seated us at a stable table.
When Tyler eventually made it to our table, it was clear he was overwhelmed and not handling the pressure well. At times we had to call out just to get his attention.
Our appetizers came out promptly and were very good — the pot stickers and the tuna appetizer are definitely my recommendations.
Dinner took the full hour as mentioned. I ordered the chicken trio and only about half of it was even warm. The surf and turf was completely cold — even the steak did not taste fresh. After already waiting an hour, being told we could either wait another 30 minutes for it to be remade or have it removed from the bill was disappointing. We chose to have it taken off and left to eat elsewhere.
The North Olmsted location back in the day had consistently better service and food quality. However, over time they let that location fall apart — from the condition of the seats, to the service, to the overall upkeep of the restaurant. I truly hope this location doesn’t follow the same path and experience the same decline.

Wild Mango is my husband’s absolute favorite restaurant, and he chooses it every single year for his birthday—that alone says everything. The service is truly unmatched, the food is consistently amazing, and the presentation is always top tier. Every visit feels special because the atmosphere and accommodations are so inviting and welcoming. A special shoutout to Gus, who was an excellent waiter and made our experience even better. Wild Mango never disappoints—we’ll definitely keep coming back!

1st time I ever been to this part of Ohio. Niece was baptized , Beautiful shopping center. The dinner afterwards was served here. I didn’t like dressing they put on their salad BUT everything else was oh my gosh delicious. Best mashed potatoes I have ever had super creamy. Didn’t even need salt or pepper.
I got my peppers & asparagus without mushrooms also super delicious & love the sauce used.
Steak medium rare was 10/10. Great crisp & grill taste. Super juicy. Sauce they used was amazing.
I hardly ever finish a full plate. But almost did here. Few bites away. Full & satisfied
Also that waitress with the European accent was so very very very nice.

Valentine’s Day 2026. Took 40 minutes to get water and 50 minutes to get bread. 50 min to get first glass of wine and another 30 for 2nd glass. Food took almost 90 minutes to show up. Surf and turf. Best part of the meal was the sauce on the shrimp. Steak was room temp but cooked ok. Mashed potatoes tasted like paste. Worst high end meal ever. Waiter showed up every 20 min, maybe. Had very high hopes but incredibly disappointed. Other patrons say non holiday is much better. Not sure if I want to try again.

Recently moved to NEO and had not been to Wild Mango in its new location in Crocker Park. Wow. Everything was just as we remembered but perhaps better. Gus was an amazing host! He is top notch. In addition to his truly exceptional skills as our host, he makes a superb tiramisu!
A wonderful experieince, excellent food and outstanding atmosphere. We had gone to another, local highly regarded restaurant for our anniversary. This was by far better, in food, service, and cost. Our new “go to” place! Can not wait to go back and try everything on the menu, it was that good!

The definition of elegant dining. The atmosphere, service, presentation and taste were all 10/10. We had the scallops and salmon dishes. The presentation of both was amazing. They tasted as good as they looked. Considering this, the cost was reasonable.
My only critique is for the 2 servers wearing blue latex gloves. They are a bad look even if they’re being worn for a good reason. A more appropriate approach considering the elegance of the establishment would be white cotton/ linen gloves.

It’s been awhile since visiting Wild Mango, which was previously located at Great Northern in North Olmsted. The staff are top-notch and attentive. The restaurant is clean and is decorated with bench seating on fluffy pillows and feels like a high-end restaurant. Menu is reasonably priced and food is served fresh and perfect temperature. Meals include complimentary soup, which is hot and delicious. Highly recommend!

The waitress was incredibly elegant, polite, and so kind truly a delight. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles from the moment we walked in. Everything was full of grace and kindness. We ordered around 4 to 5 different dishes, and every single one was absolutely delicious! The mango cheesecake was especially tasty a must-try.
They also helped us organize my brother’s graduation celebration, and we’re truly grateful for their kindness and respectful attitude. This place is more than worth visiting I highly recommend it and would gladly come back again and again.

Wild Mango in Crocker Park was amazing. Our waiter was so amazing and everyone there had a sense of humor. This is a must try restaurant. Valet was only $12.00. and the food was delicious. My 1st time here and I will be going back. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so pretty and high end. The salmon was delicious and I fitted shrimp bisque for the first time and it reminded me of Campbell’s tomato soup it was good. Overall a 10/10 restaurant!!!!
