My favorite dishes are the salt and pepper crab and their crawfish. It’s probably one of the most delicious crawfish’s I’ve had, tasty, flavorful, and spicy!! I also love their hibachi grill, everything was cooked in front of you, hot and fresh. $16 per person is absolutely worthy!
Floor was clean, staffs were nice and welcoming, definitely coming back!
Before I get into my review, I am going to say apparently good things don’t last when it comes to quality. It’s like they given up on providing a delicious product.
I visited with a group of 7. The staff were friendly and helpful. No complaints in that department. Our sever did fantastic keeping our drinks filled. Pretty much all of us, including the one year old that will eat virtually anything, couldn’t get some of this food down. I personally started with chicken teriyaki skewers, eggs rolls, Crab Rangoon, and a plate of cold shrimp.
The egg rolls were the nastiest thing of all. The very crispy fried exterior was great until your tastebuds were assaulted by a foul mushy interior. I love eggs rolls, but these tasted like freezer burned egg rolls that have been reheated over and over again. The Crab Rangoon were no different, once a mildly sweet, delicious creamy interior with a crispy exterior, and now a foul bland soggy blob of unknown ingredients.
The teriyaki chicken skewers weren’t terrible, but they also weren’t good. They were dry and over cooked.
The shrimp is where I was most disappointed, not only weren’t they deveined, but they were overcooked and chilled. Most of the shrimp disintegrated as you peeled them and those ones you could eat were rubbery.
I decided to finish off with some desserts. I tried a small square of vanilla cake, a slice of hot apple pie turnover, and a cookie. Let’s just say, I took a bite of each and they couldn’t be swallowed. The cake was so dry, it was hard. You can tell it was freezer burnt before they defrosted it. Same with the cookies. The pie was very hot and it was the most flavorful of the latter, but not in a way I enjoyed.
All in all, I don’t think the $110 I spent was worth it here. I will no longer be eating at this establishment in the future.
The food was disgusting warm not hot .Not many sushi options anymore. The baked chicken is over cooked. The steak was under cooked and it’s not clean place anymore. This was my favorite place so sad to see it be like this .Save your money definitely not worth 103$ for the family. ALL THE LADY CAN SAY IS WELL NO ONE ELSE IS COMPLAINING.
The food is kept around a good bit hotter than lukewarm temperature. If that bothers you just wait till they bring some fresh stuff, it’s pretty often. Their sushis are kinda small and the hibachi is def the worse of the buffets around. Overall it ain’t too bad.
The sushi tasted a little fishy which it’s not supposed to. The rest of the food was pretty decent.
