This location is quite disgusting. The floors are filthy and sticky and full of crap. The tables are not cleaned all making it very un appealing. The machines they have for ice or drinks or whatever it is none of them work so you have to get your drinks and ice from the counter, which is absent of any employees, looking back into the kitchen. You can see that the floor there is twice as filthy as it is out in the eating area, it’s amazing that somebody would put the money into a franchise And take such poor care of it.
Just look at the way they passed out a hamburger after waiting 20 minutes and having to ask him where my food was .

A location / manager that doesn’t value customers’ time and effort isn’t one I’d recommend. If you want a place where your time is respected, I wouldn’t recommend this location. My order was missing a Happy Meal. After driving 30 minutes round trip, I requested a small courtesy (like a McFlurry) to account for my time and gas. The manager explained that since I asked for it, they couldn’t give it, but had I not asked, they might have offered something. This felt confusing and didn’t show respect for my time. Customers deserve a bit of care when correcting a mistake, and that didn’t happen here. I hope they reflect on how important respect and customer service really are.

Ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a large fry. Looks like they were just thrown together, and 2 of them weren’t even wrapped. Everything was cold. The woman who handed us the food didn’t even say anything to us… not even thank you. Management should really do some quality control and customer service training… or maybe it needs to come from corporate. Will not be back.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area. Order is never right, typically cold, drive through is at least 15 minutes for any order. No one ever has a decent attitude, 1 star after 1 star, they need to shut this one down.

Double check your food! Took forever for us to get our food at the drive thru and even then I didn’t get all my food. We don’t live near here and just stopped to get something to eat during our drive. We were running behind due to how long it took to get our food and we didn’t think about looking in the bag till we already pulled out and left.

Over priced tasteless combo meals that they can’t cook or prepare correctly! Our Big Mac sandwich was missing one of the patties and zero sauce on the sandwich. Isn’t that like one of the first 3 things that goes on a big Mac? HOW DO YOU MISS A WHOLE PATTY??

During breakfast, they ran out of biscuits, which means they’re too lazy to make new ones. I wish Del Taco was still here.

Ordered again on 12/16 I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with the people that work here they ran out of oatmeal which again means they just don’t feel like making it and they gave the wrong order to the DoorDash driver. Don’t go to this McDonald’s it’s terrible.

it never fails on what time of day it is, the employees are always rude. Today i went at 6:45am (yes i know it’s early and annoying to be awake but i have to work at 7 so i wanted to grab some food) and i got hotcakes, a bacon and cheese biscuit, & an orange juice. I get to work and open my bag, they charged me for the biscuit (the total was $12 & some change) but didn’t put it in the bag. I’ve called three times & cannot get anyone to answer the phone. this isn’t the first time i’ve had issues, it’s literally everytime i go. One time i did a curbside order and then girl shoved my drink and food at me and when i said “Thank you” trying to be nice, she goes “whatever” and walks away. Sometimes we have bad days and have an attitude but the service is horrible everytime i go.

I was called sir. Everyone had nice manners. Food was impeccable. Edit: I ordered again because I was hungry and the worker hand delivered my food to me like I were in a 5 star restaurant (that’s what this McDonald’s is) and he even knew my name!

10/10 I would come here.

Dined in on December 10 at 10:40 AM had a two cheeseburger meal not very hot. Didn’t seem very fresh. For just starting lunch. Also had a quarter pounder with cheese. Seems like they thought they were working at Smashburger cause it’s a smashed is not impressive and not very warm. Very disappointing. Service was nice and polite very nice girl
