The manager on duty was super-helpful, very courteous, and seemed very customer-oriented. DQ has one of the better fast food burgers, and the Backyard Bacon Ranch never disappoints. Atmosphere? It’s a fast food restaurant. There were several families with their little kids, and everyone seemed comfortable and satisfied.

$6 for a mini blizzard. $7 for a small. I can get a carton of ice cream and a candy bar for 1/3 that price AND there would actually be some candy in my homemade ice cream concoction. As you can see in the pic, they sure don’t add a lot of candy anymore… I’m just bummed that fast food places all seem to be using the economy as an easy excuse to hike prices through the roof and deliver less goods for more money. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dairy queen, but I know for a fact that the last time I went, I was able to get a blizzard with a $5 bill AND get some change. I can’t give them 1 star because I sure as hell ate all the ice cream. Ice cream is always good, so 2 stars it is.

The Dairy Queen on Francis always serves excellent food. it’s put together neatly & delicious. The staff is always feel good friendly too. I don’t know how they run such a great place but they always provide an awesome experience.

This DQ looks extremely updated! I love the looks of this DQ and the way they had everything set up; patio with lights, drive thru and parking. They gave me one of the best blizzards I’ve ever had. The ice cream tasted so fresh and delicious and they didn’t skimp out on the goods! The employee I interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly.

Horrible place do not come here. We’ve been here multiple times and each time we came here its been very disappointing. If you like extra toppings on your blizzard. This dairy queen isn’t it. Even if you pay for extra you won’t receive extra.. And the workers are rude and disgusting. Also found hair in our ice cream and they act liked it wasn’t them. SMH.

Really disappointed with this Dairy Queen. Too many times now (including just today), we’ve ordered a Blizzard with extra Oreos and still received barely anything in the cup. It’s frustrating to pay for extra toppings and not get what you asked for.
What makes it worse is that when we called, there was no solution or way to make it right. At this point, it feels like a pattern and not just a one-time mistake.
We will not be coming here ever again. I know Dairy Queen doesn’t care, but I thought others may appreciate this information, especially if you’re like us and prefer extra toppings on your Blizzard. Without them, it’s pretty much just plain ice cream.

We got a 4 piece chicken tenders for $14 and what a joke. 2 tiny chicken pieces and 2 medium pieces. Barely a handful of fries, toast and 2 gravies. Won’t go back.
