Fast food, I had the shrimp soup. The spice I must say was delicious. The shrimp on the other hand were so old they were mush. I will have to try something else or just not go back.

The location is severely understaffed and as a consequence it takes 40 minutes to an hour to cash and be served. The little staff that is there doesn’t seemed adequately trained to give positive CX. Also the meal quality is very inconsistent.

Understaffed when I went, although the staff was very pleasant. My fish sandwich was underwhelming. The bun was toasted too long on the grill, so it was burnt, the fish was flavourless and it was doused in a mayo/faux tartar sauce. The soup was good.

This is one of the worst places to go for a really good steam I only got one single okuro slice four no crackers, I only got about five pieces of Irish potatoes and a couple pieces of pumpkin and I paid $3,200.00 for this rubbish of a steam after opening it up and seeing what I got and call to the chef he only turn his back on me so I went to the cashier and ask her what is this for a steam fish her answer was that is how they do it

Fishpot is my go-to place for good seafood in Kingston. Their relatively quick with most items, the service may not be the best, and the indoor seating area isn’t very accommodating, but it’s good for a quick stop and bite.
