These folks really know how to make crispy fried chicken! This chicken wasn’t even greasy! The fries and drink were good, too. The service was kind and helpful, but there were mistakes because they were SO busy! I will definitely go back!

Pulled up to drive thru just to ask if they had root beer, that alone took damn near 7 minutes. When I finally was able to get someone to talk to me, they had an attitude and acted like they couldn’t hear me.

I stopped in at this location to get a quick bite to eat last week. I had to wait several minutes at the drive thru to be addressed. Probably 6 or 7 minutes. I got one chicken sandwich. The young man at the window was friendly but he did not give me a receipt. I drove off and began eating the sandwich. It was so bad. The meat was not cooked properly or something. I couldn’t even bite through it. I checked and the whole thing was raw. I had an appointment so I couldn’t go back and just stopped at a ChickfilA. I didn’t even bother with the sandwich. I tried to go online to get s refund but I don’t have a receipt so I’m on here instead. I know its only one sandwich but I had been looking forward to it and it was a big disapointment.

WELL where do I start. I came in with my family and was already getting bad looks by the people here. Let’s just say we’re not their color. I already felt like we were going to get bad service so I had placed an online order for our baby, AND then had my husband place an order at the counter just to see the difference between the food as well. SO us being Hispanic, my husband was spoken to like he was literally a NOBODY, attitude loud voice and all, and the repetitive “is that all” after every item he asked for. He asked for sauces and they came out with, “there’s a 27cent charge for each” again said with a nasty attitude. After he placed the order he waited a bit until he saw they were about give us our order that he ordered at the counter, then notified them about the mobile order. The lady rudely asked “YOU have a mobile order?!” Confused like if we couldn’t afford it. So he politely said yes ma’am. Surely both orders were ready at the same time. NOW the comparison, the mobile order was made FRESH and hot! Even had overloaded the fries, then when we opened our counter ordered items, OLD and cold chicken! Mashed potatoes literally a small scoop, fries, old and stale! Ok so now after that, we’re about to leave and low and behold, a family of their same race came in, the woman that attended my husband,.. attitude and tone of voice COMPLETELY changed! All of a sudden she had manners, and customer service etiquette. Oh wait! How about the part where they asked for sauces MIND YOU, I heard their order and nowhere did they ask for tenders or nuggets. And nowhere did that woman say that there’s an extra fee for sauces! Now you CANNOT convince me that they’re not racist here. So if you’re Hispanic just place a mobile order so you won’t have to deal with the rudeness and get your food fresh. As for me, I’ll be staying away from this location. We took a picture of my counter ordered items, but couldn’t get one of the mobile order since our baby was ready to feast. Popeyes, do better! Only one man that’s an employee there was polite, other than that the rest just give bad vibes, stares and attitude.

Not sure the last time I was in this Popeye’s but today I have to say WOW! Amazing food but the staff is what really shined. They were great. Nice to see good training and management of good people in action.

Absolutely terrible, went to drive through, they said it will be a 7 minute wait. 30 minutes later no food, I go inside and the workers arent even moving fast, taking their time moving as slow as possible, the girl taking my order rushed me as im ordering, tried to get 2 mashed potatoes and couldnt even get the sentence out before she rushed me to the window just to pull me. There were no other cars behind me at the time they pulled me. As im waiting I see other people get their food before me. I literally order a sandwich with 2 mashed potatoes…. why does that take 30 minutes. Your people should be fired . Not coming back thank you

Went today..drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a small red beans and rice. When I got home the red beans and rice was 99% rice! And HARD! NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE! The rice was hard! Not the BEANS!

Drive-through, ordered dinner for me and my wife. Got home, opened up the bag ,order was all messed up like somebody drunk had put it together and thrown it in a bag. Called Popeyes when we got home only to realize we could not prove the order was wrong because the cashier gave us no freaking receipt!!
The topper is the manager never once apologized for the mixup or any offer to rectify the situation.

Chicken was cold. My shrimp box was extremely small. It’s supposed to be a quarter pound of shrimp and it was like a handful. I actually want as far to weigh it and it was half of a quarter pound so half my shrimp we’re missing and everything was cold. And I didn’t get my drink. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had things missing from my order at this location or the quality of the food was horrible. They also didn’t even have regular chicken tenders. Only spicy. So living Either take the spicy or get nothing And this was after I paid.
