The food was ok. I got a chicken wrap without cheese and fries. The wrap itself was so so, the chicken was ok but fries were good and hot. The drive thru person was nice except he didn’t mention the avocado dressing was a ranch based dressing and I ended up with hives and sick (I am allergic to all mammal products).
My daughter in law was good with her food and really liked the new Dr Pepper float.
I would not recommend going to any Chick-fil-a if you are on a strict budget or you have a large family.
For 3 people and only 1 ordered a meal, it was over $35. (Chicken sandwich meal, 10 piece nuggets, chicken wrap and a DP float.)

The food here is great, good atmosphere too.
One thing that stood out to me was a specific worker, Steve. He honestly made my day, he was extrmely kind, asking about needs and being honestly just phenomenal. Please chick fil a, if you’re seeing this, give this guy a raise.

Waited in line for 45 minutes. Ordered three things and it was $45. Got home and they did not add one SAUCE! Such a joke. I’ve always gotten two sauces per item no matter if I specifically ordered chic fil a sauce. Never again.

Everytime I go here is just such a good experience. Yesterday, I had just finished an exhausting shift out in the sun. The line was was as long as it can be without going onto the road, and I still got my food in under 10 minutes!
Another time, also was not having the best day. I pulled up to take my order at right as the clock turned 5:06, and they handed me my food right before it switched to 5:07. One minute! CRAZY. made my day. When we do sit down and eat here it’s also always clean and great. Might be my all time favorite fast food spot. Great work. Staff are just so darn good.

Your typical Chick Fil A. Stopped here for a quick dinner. Ate inside. Busy as expected. But it moved along pretty well. More little kids than I would have preferred. Amazing how many DoorDashers are here waiting for orders.

We frequent the one in Chesterfield, and it’s always great! Have been to the one on Clarkson and always drive away wondering why we go back to this location. Today they were simply rude. You make a mistake, tell me how I can fix it, then turn your back on me. Maybe more courtesy training is needed.

I went to this Chick Fil A yesterday afternoon. I ordered a spicy deluxe sandwich with pepper jack cheese, a large fry, small fry, & some sauces. I drove all the way home and this is what I was given. I’m honestly not even sure what’s on this sandwich, it looks like some sort of rotel cheese that I’ve never even seen at Chick Fil A. I live 25 minutes away otherwise so I couldn’t just go up there, so I decided to call. I got no answer and I left a voicemail but of course I haven’t heard back. Honestly super disappointing especially because I love Chick Fil A. The fries weren’t filled up, and they didn’t put the sauce in the bag but that’s not even my main focus. The sandwich looks so weird it grossed me out and I threw everything away. A little over a month ago I found a hair in my sandwich at this Chick Fil A and they resolved it for me right away. So to now see this happen and they didn’t even answer my call or reply? Very disappointing, especially because I love Chick Fil A and the service at most Chick Fil A’s is great, this is the only one I’ve ever even had a bad experience at. I ended up throwing the food away and going to Culver’s, so yes I wasted my money but I was not eating that sandwich. Plus by the time I was about to eat all the fries were cold anyway. I genuinely never complain but this was pretty frustrating. I still don’t know what this sauce even is on the sandwich nor have I ever seen something like this served at Chick Fil A.

I’ve taken one bite out of this spicy chicken biscuit. The chicken did not even fill out the biscuit which was stale and rock hard. I broke off all the extra biscuit around it. Patty is also very thin and mostly breading.
Everyone was polite as usual but as far as service goes, they should not have served me this biscuit.
Also the parking lot is very confusing as far as atmosphere goes. 2 stars there.
