This is easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The orders are often messed up, and the service is pretty much always slow. If you’re in a hurry or want your food to come out how you order it, avoid this restaurant.

Customer service was polite. I was asked what dipping sauce I wanted, only for it to not be in the bag lol. When did places stop putting ketchup on burgers and replacing it with mayo? I guess I have to ask for that from now on??

Come here everytime we go to the movies so at least a couple time a month. Place is clean. Staff is friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

I had ordered the 10 piece spicy nuggets. I was told it would take a couple of minutes because they were just making them. This wasn’t a problem but when I received them, I could tell they were a bit older. Very hard and chewy.

Tried to get a kids meal and a burger for myself at drive-thru. Pulled off to side as requested. Sat there 15 minutes until food arrives at window. Get home and find totally wrong order in the bag. Rather than complain, I ate the chicken sandwich I didn’t order right up until I bit into the plastic wrapper inside the sandwich. You know, because fastfood work is really hard…. Should we next expect to pay 20 bucks per meal so they can make 30 bucks an hour in order for them to get it even half right?

Got here and the speaker says has a sign “not working speak loud.” I hear the girl to take my order and tells me to hold. I keep hearing noises I say hello, no one response. I wait and nothing. I pull up to the window. After a minute a girl with the nasties vibe open the window I tell her why I pulled up and rudely she says I have to go around… I that point I left. I waited for like 5 minutes for that? That customer service was the worst!

This is my lunch time go to when I dont pack. Foods always hot and kinda decent for fast food. An the driver ladies are always super nice. Wish they kept the ghost pepper ranch sauce though.

They forgot my sandwich from my biggie bag order and when I asked for a receipt, it took (no lie) 10 extra mins in the drive through line after I got my food. Then I tried to call them about messing up my order…and guess what….. the phone number was disconnected.
