Super flavorful, crispy chicken! We ordered the Mixed Fried Chicken option (10) with a mix of wings and drums. Our selected sauces were the Spicy and the Soy Garlic. Amazing flavors! Don’t underestimate the spiciness of the spicy, it’s pretty strong but very tasty! Soy garlic was amazingly balanced in flavor.
The pickled radishes offered a nice acid to the meal and tamed the spicy wings.
We will absolutely return to this location- the staff was incredibly friendly and quick.

The fries were incredibly soft and tender, and they tasted just as good even when they cooled down. The fried chicken was quite spicy. The environment was very comfortable, and the prices were reasonable.

Oh my God, I’m not kidding. The best restaurant I’ve ever been in my whole life. The people were so amazing and kind and they were so accommodating and oh my God the food was just perfect and delicious. I couldn’t stop eating for hours. It was so good and I took even more home. Definitely recommend.

Really good wings, tenders, and fries. I personally like the boneless with Korean bbq and yangnyeom sauces. Staff is really polite and helpful with recommendations.

Very yummy food! We ordered the smallest portion of wings and were able to pick multiple sauce choices for them. The vegetable potstickers were DELICIOUS! Food came out in a timely manner. Server/Host was friendly. Bathrooms available to customers only.

I gone there with my fiends and the food was very good and filling. I loved the soy and garlic sauce on the boneless wings. I was kind of surprised that the food are large portions instead, especially the fries. I’ll definitely come there with my friends again or order for delivery.

This was my first time experiencing Bonchon, it was recommended by a family member who said “it’s his favourite fast food restaurant.” We decided to order it during our Chicago trip and in all honesty it was delicious, their signature fried chicken was brilliantly marinated. Should’ve listened to the review I saw last week that said the chicken was salty BECAUSE IT WAS- it really was. That’s on me for giving this place the benefit of the doubt. The chicken tasted more like salty batter than actual meat. If you like chewing on seasoned crust and pretending there’s chicken inside, this might be for you. The water is straight up tap water. Maybe that’s normal in Chicago?? I don’t know as I’m not from there. But pairing salted chicken with tap water? Not exactly my dream flavor combo.
Service was… fine? Not great. I dropped the little plate they give you when you sit down (yes, totally my fault- FYI it did not break) The staff saw, heard, and decisively chose to do absolutely nothing.. because everyone around us saw and heard and it’s a small area. But no offer to replace it.. I guess I was just meant to vibe with the germs. 😀
We went around 9 PM, so yes, it was packed. That’s fair. But apparently here, even while you’re stuck waiting, you’re not allowed to look at the menu? Not sure how that helps anyone. Seems like an odd choice for a busy restaurant… wouldn’t it make sense to let your next customers know what they want before they sit down?
We also tried the japchae, which was… there. I’ve had better. The sauce wasn’t properly mixed?? The noodles ended up tasting soggy and separate like two parts of a dish that hadn’t quite met yet.
Would I go back? Let’s just say I’ll be listening to reviews next time.

No wait when I went, but got really busy once we were seated. Was shortly after opening. We had the Seoul sampler and really enjoyed it. Would definitely go back to try more things.

Best Korean Chicken Wings I’ve had. The crisp of the wings is unmatched, super crispy and thin batter. I had the spicy and soy garlic wings. Would much recommend them both.
The only big downside is the service. We were standing to wait for a table for 2 for almost 30 minutes during which 3 tables became open. They seated 2 parties ahead of us on the wait list but didn’t seat us although there was 1 open table left. After a while, they called my phone even though I was standing right there. After getting seated we decided to order takeout instead because we didn’t want to stay longer. I asked if they validated parking and they said yes. However after they “validated” my parking ticket, it didn’t work so I still had to pay full price for parking. I don’t know if they didn’t do it successfully or what happened.
