Absolutely DISGUSTING. Rude girl at the counter making a point to tell me I have 15 minutes to order . Missing fries . McRob inedible.. soaked with sauce can’t even pick it up. Asked for no pickles on daughters burger . They put them on anyway so she wasn’t able to eat it. She is autistic and food sensitive. We ARE GOING to sleep hungry after a 20 HOUR DRIVE . WENT earlier and had a ride person at drive thru and didn’t order .. went back a cpl hours later as after checking in hotel next door and received the above treatment. 20 ppl in this crap town and all are RUDE AND LAZY . COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DOING THEIR JOB ACCURATELY. THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE LOBBY . How do you possibly screw up a 2 meal order so badly? Bad management obviously. No care to give ppl what they paid for. Spoke with John who seemed to care less and offered a free breakfast for tomorrow. I didn’t tell him about the McRib I had not yet opened that mess before hanging up ..Really ?? No I’ll be coming for a full refund in am. Ppl care nothing here about doing a good job.

Worst McDonalds I have ever gone to. Cashier was not trained- had to reenter an order for 2 quarter pounder meals 3 times before she got it right. Burgers were a small step away from being raw. AWFUL.

My husband ordered his cheeseburger with just ketchup and cheese, they obviously were annoyed to have to make his burger fresh, because the burger was absolutely saturated with ketchup. I tried to clean it up, but it was inedible. Classy.

Codes never work right and end up having to wait to try to get my discount. Last several times I asked for extra tarter, not only did I not get it (even though the sticker and receipt says to add), I barely got the standard amount. Smh. Happens way more than it doesn’t.

10/16 Stopped in on my way back to Missouri. Hadn’t ate all morning because I needed to get on the road. Hurriedly drove into, jogged in parking lot,just together a sausage egg biscuit. I came in at exactly 1030am. Asked if I could please get the sausage biscuit sandwich. There was nobody in line!! -This redhead behind the counter was snippy when she said “nope” lunch now” in a very rude way- I asked the man who was also waiting if he’s getting breakfast he said he didn’t know- so I used the restroom, came out and low and behold redhead getting his breakfast. I asked her why he was allowed to get order made and not me and she said he was using points it’s different…( again with attitude). so I left hungry- I now know how people snap in McDonald’s!! She was very rude and apparently thought it made her feel important to deny a senior a breakfast sandwich. She maybe needs training on how to talk to customers and kindness goes a long way.

My wife’s egg and sausage McMuffin was missing the egg. The receipt and charges showed that we should have received the egg and sausage McMuffin. We didn’t go back because we were on the highway before she noticed. She glanced in the bag before we drove away but didn’t unwrap the McMuffin. She immediately filled out a survey and noted the error. She never received a response.

We went inside to order our meals tonight. I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder meal with no onion, my husband ordered the double quarter pounder meal add Mayo, lettuce and tomato. He repeated it twice to the guy. Our kids ordered their respective value meals. We pay $52 And the guys hands us our receipt. We see he rang up my husbands order incorrect and so he made sure to immediately let the guy know. The drink area was a mess. We waited 20 minutes for our food. Several drive thru orders going out. They finally call our number and we check our order. They didn’t give me a deluxe but a regular without the onions. They didn’t give my husband any of his additional toppings (that mind you they charge extra for). So I told the manager, I paid $50 and waited for 20 minutes we want this corrected. It took another 10 minutes to get our sandwiches. Meanwhile our fries and other sandwiches are getting cold. The manager turns around and said “they put the onion on it. Would you like me to just pick them off for

First off I hate drive thru, but I used it got my meal fairly quick, bagel sandwich was a little warm, hashbrown stone cold, bottle of water lukewarm, for a new restaurant I thought it was terrible, won’t be stopping again, I guess they’ll miss my annual McDonald’s purchase
