Sometimes the fries are a little too Brown like they need to start changing their grease sooner than I believe it’s every 6 days. But I go a lot of times in the morning and the manager there has a crappy attitude. I use the receipt for buy one get one free breakfast sandwich and when she has to take that $1 off you can visibly see how irritated she is. And she’s pretty short with me every time she has an interaction with me and you can tell she has an attitude with her employees too sometimes. I believe if you work in customer service in your frustrated maybe you need to go take a time out to get yourself back together. But you should not be treating your employees or customers with any type of bad attitude

Ordered two drinks for curbside pickup, Dr Pepper and Sweet Tea. Received a diet Dr Pepper and an unsweetened tea. There’s no way this wasn’t on purpose. The employee was probably mad he had to walk 10 feet to give me my order. What a joke.

I paid $5.19 for this “McCrispy.” I know it’s not gonna look 100% like the picture but this was fully dry, stale and borderline hard. The chicken nuggets in my freezer have more moisture and flavor in them. Asked for extra crispy French fries and they were barely even warm! Let alone crisp. My drink had almost no ice in it so it basically just melted into the soda. Ridiculous. Complete waste of money.

Attitude! I ordered the kids meal last night and the girl in the window mean mugged me I still said thank you no response, she was annoyed to help me. You don’t have to say anything but keep the attitude to the side. I bet if I did that, though it would be a huge problem.

Ordered 20 nuggets and a medium fry. When I got them the nuggets were cold and old looking and my fries were stale and Cold. Came back through and asked for fresh ones. Two minutes later they bring me out “new” nuggets fries” they were so hot I burned my hand through the bag. On top of that I’m 100% sure they just microwaved my order and sent it back out. How do I know? Cuz the nugget I took a bite out of was still in there! My box is now soggy and the nuggets are still bad. Not to mention the guy that brought it out to me rudely snickered “here you go. Piping hot nuggets” yeah. Extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience

We went to a kiosk by choice so no complaints there right after we paid there was already a manager handing us our cups she was smiling and very nice. We got our drinks and waited maybe 5 mins as they were cooking new product everything came out hot and correct and she was friendly the whole time.
