Waited in the drive through for 40 minutes, then when I finally got to the window he tried to give me someone else’s order. When I told him my actual order he started to ring me up again. I just ended up leaving at that point. Can’t tell you how the food was because I never got it. I’m not even mad at the workers it’s just sad how they’re running the business at that point.

I typically don’t eat churches. Churches line is literally wrapped around the building and down government Street. They locked the front door so the inside is not available. Four other customers and I left at the exact same time it is completely outrageous.

The cashier was extremely rude when I visited here on Sunday. I sat at the drive thru receiver for about 10 minutes with not even much as a “I’ll be with you in a moment ” then when I drove around to the window to find out could I order there I was told no extremely rudely and told the speaker worked just fine and I probably wasn’t close enough. I’ve patronized this place several times and have never had a problem like this until this time. But, I will no longer be patronizing this place anymore.

I truly wish that I could give one stars. I literally waited almost an hour in the drivthru for a DoorDash order that was READY AND JUST SITTING ON THE COUNTER. We walked up to the door and told the woman at the front that we were picking up a DoorDash but she just rolled her eyes and turned her back to us. We backed up and just got in the drive thru and waited almost a hour. Everybody was rude and monotone. Nobody had a smile, nobody greeted us, not the bare minimum of customer service from anyone in the store. When we finally made it to the front of the line, once again, we waited about 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the window. The man finally came to the window, gave us our cold food and drinks with no ice,… I truly avoid coming to the location every time but I decided to give them a chance hoping that they improved. Unfortunately, that was a mistake.

They take way to long take orders and and to give orders. The two owners are older people now, and they move slow. It literally took them 20 minutes to figure out how to put in my BOGO order from a coupon, but just 3 days earlier the older man did fast. They may need to retire. This is on Jefferson

Service is harable employees have bad attitudes I sunt over 100$ didn’t receive any biscuits that came with both family meals plus I added 6 extra biscuits didn’t give refund for the biscuits and then you can’t modify your order will not be ordering from this location again and would not support or recommend anymore

I went Friday order spicy tenders with jalapeno cream sauce I got home had mild tenders with no sauce went today order 15 piece spicy tenders with 5 jalapeno peppers and jalapeno cream sauce I got the spicy tenders and jalapeno cream sauce but no peppers I call up there she said she thought I said 5 jalapeno cream sauce so she charge me for that so when did church’s start making you pay for sauce when you get tenders I thought it was 1 sauce per 3 tender but it was my last time I’m over it
